Maisonette and garden 5 minutes walk from the beaches
Beautiful and charming cottage completely renovated with private garden, 2 terraces and all comfort. It is located on the peninsula of Giens and is ideal for a couple with 2 children. 5 minutes walk to beautiful beaches, coves and boat trips to the golden islands. Close to the best kitesurf spot on the French Riviera (4 minutes by car). You will have access to the private pool of the residence from mid June to the end of September. Private parking (a blessing in summer)
Space
The maisonette is comfortable and has recently been completely renovated. It overlooks a private garden (about 30 square meters with herbarium) including 2 terraces (the largest is a solarium and has views of the sea). Very comfortable bedding and new furniture. Stairs leading to the adult bedroom is steep.

sehr schöne Maisonette nah am Strand
Wir haben einen wunderschönen, erholsamen Urlaub verbracht. Die Maisonette war liebevoll eingerichtet. Besonders haben wir die Terrasse und den Garten mit mehreren Sitzgelegenheiten genossen. Stephanie hat sich persönlich ehr nett um uns gekümmert und hat uns nette Tipps rund um unseren Urlaubsort gegeben.

Tolle Ferien im Winter
Wir hatten tolle Mountainbike Ferien über Silvester / Neujahr.
Die Wohnung ist eher klein aber fein, top eingerichtet. Die Heizung hat super funktioniert. Schöner Garten und Sonnenterrasse mit Blick aufs Meer und den Tour de Fondue.
Einziger Kritikpunkt ist die sehr steile Treppe in die 2. Etage.

Petite maison très bien équipé, pas de vis à vis. Fonctionnelle, conviviale, cosi, plien de petits détails qui rendront votre séjour très agréable. Conviens parfaitement pour une famille avec enfants.

Bijou in Meernähe
Wir durften (2 Erw, 2 Kinder 9+11J) das Ambiente dieser neu renovierten und mit Liebe eingerichtete Wohnung nutzen. Die Umgebung ist ruhig und der grün eingezäunte Garten gewährt Privatsphäre.
Für die kompakte Grösse der Wohnung ist wirklich alles vorhanden, was man für einen Familienurlaub benötigt: moderne Einrichtung, komfortable Betten, gut ausgerüstete Küche (2 Induktionsherdplatten, Frigo, Kafeem, Wasserkocher, Toaster, Abwaschm.), Dusche, 2xKlima, Terasse, Liegestühle, Multimedia, Internet.
Auch entsprach die Sauberkeit der Wohnung dem Erwarteten.
Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin klappte gut und unkompliziert und stets freundlich, wir fanden alles vor wie abgesprochen.
Hinweis: die Treppe zum oberen Schlafraum ist wirklich steil (das Kinderschlafzimmer liegt zum Glück unten).
