C214 If you're looking for a condo sure to please the whole family you won't want to miss this picture perfect 2 bed/2 bath oceanfront unit. Win-San's complex is the closest oceanfront condo to Flagler Avenue shopping, dining, and more! With just 42 units in this family friendly community, you'll have plenty of room to relax at the pool. The unit is clean and bright and the price is just right!

We call this unit an "oceanfront flat". It's conveniently located closest to the ocean on the second floor and the unit is all on one level. The kitchen has a great view of the beach where you can enjoy the fabulous view. The kitchen is beautiful with granite counter top and wood cabinets. The tile floors flow from the kitchen through to the living room where you have the glorious views over the entire complex as well as the beach/ocean. The master is comfortable with a beautiful the king size bed where you will wake up and enjoy watching the waves crash on the sand. The second bedroom has a both a queen as well as a twin size bed. There is plenty of room for extra company with the queen size pull out sofa-bed in the living room. There are tow full bathrooms that allow for privacy for those staying in the master and a spare bathroom on the hall for guests.

We pride ourselves on ensuring that every unit is clean and bright and this complex is no exception. Amenities such as sheets, towels, cookware allow you to just bring your suitcase. Management is available whether it's a question about your unit, or a restaurant recommendation, we are there to assist! Perfect view
This condo is in the perfect spot and close to everything and New Smyrna. You can walk to all the shops in the restaurants very easily. Honda was very clean only thing the condo did not have was beach chairs which would have been very nice it would have been nice if they would have extra sheets for the beds and some beach towels. It's a corner unit has a beautiful view unfortunately we had some problems with construction going on but between the owner and the NSB team they took care of us.

This unit was very disappointing this year. All carpets are so dirty and nasty. The master bathroom is so old and outdated, fixtures are rusted in tub area. There was old toothpaste in the toothbrush holders, there were food crumbs in the drawers in kitchen and also in the drawer of the stove. There was trash left out on the patio balcony by previous tenant. The couch is worn and dirty. This unit need to be renovated and cleaned better. We loved the views here and we love NSB but we will not pay 2400.00 again for such a dilapidated unit. We have been coming to the Win San for many years, my wife's grandmother was the original owner in C315 the unit above this one…at the top. We were so disappointed this year….walking on the floors turned our feet black….just unacceptable for this kind of money!

C-214 Review
There isn't anywhere to store groceries, so they take up all the counterspace. The pantry used to be usable by guests but is now locked and marked private. We opened the cabinet along the wall hoping to use it for a pantry to find a sign that says to keep this cabinet open for a pantry and it is packed with pots, etc and no where to put those items. The dining room table only has 5 chairs. The tile floors, tabletops, and counters throughout were sticky, there was a razor left in the bathroom, there were crumbs in the chairs in the living room, and no hand soap in either bathroom or the kitchen. There is a large stain on the carpet in the second bedroom that is approx. 2x6 feet at the entrance. There was something on the wall next to the larger bed in the second bedroom that looked like a soda splash. The door knob entering the unit is corroded. There were no dish towels or a dish rag in the unit. The smoke detector in the second bedroom didn't have a battery in it. The master bathroom had mildew in the grout in several places. The top sheet for the master bed was shredded with two big holes. One of the king size pillows had a standard size case on it. I have been going to Win-San for over 20 years and have rented C-214 for the last several years and have never seen a unit in such bad shape. I really hope the items in my feedback are addressed because we really like staying at Win-San. Thank you!
