Modern villa with Nordic standard in modern style. The entire 240 m2 on one level in quiet surroundings, close to all amenities. Located in the city yet peaceful and private. 15 min walk to the Habaneras shopping center, cinema, bowling etc. New renovated with underfloor heating in all floors, gas fireplace and wood oven in the living room. Open new kitchen, built partly of concrete, equipped with Mocca Master, Kenwood kitchen machine etc. . Private pool 4.5 x 10 that are cleaned once a week, outdoor pizza oven and kitchen. 4 bedrooms with air conditioning, one with its own large bathroom incl. access to the pool, total of 8 beds + 2 extra beds, 2 baths. Private Boccia court in the garden, 2 bikes available, the property is 850 m2 fenced and completely private. TV with Norwegian and a lot of international channels, DVD, wireless wifi network, utility room with washer and dryer, dishwasher, iron, wine cabinets, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, outdoor kitchen with extra fridge, Weber gas grill, garage space for car inside the property. Several seating areas around the property. Large doors that can be folded open. Makes to house open and gives a lovely feeling that is completely unique. Perfect for large family or several couples. Fantastic hiking areas around the salt lakes and the neighborhood.

Excellent property

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this lovely villa. Very well equipped, clean and beautifully furnished. Check in was very easy, communication with the property owner was faultless and the location was in nice quiet residential area. I would highly recommend this property and hope to visit again at some point this year.

10 “ladies” we all had a fantastic long weekend celebrating a 50th birthday! Villa was absolutely beautiful! Host very accommodating, big thank you to Tommy for lift to supermarket for supplies! Definitely recommend here!

Luxury house

Very nice and quiet place to stay. I recommend to rent a car from Alicante, cheap and get easy access to everywhere in Torrevieja. But car is not mandatory. House is very big and there is plenty of room for food and drinks.

Amazing villa

The villa is amazing and equipped with all the mod con and has a great outside kitchen. Big garden with great swimming pool, area to play Petanque and different relaxation areas so you could get shade every hour of the day. Communication with the property owner is easy. Tommy the keyholder picked us from Alicante airport. He is a very friendly guy, even stopped at supermarket Consum so we could get the basics. We boked again for next year. Thank you Mette and Tommy.

Fantastic!! The first thing to note is the photos do not do this villas any justice it is magnificent, beautifully decorated and equipped with everything you need. 7 of us stayed here for 10 nights very comfortably indeed. Pool area is lovely there is so many different places to sit to enjoy the sun or the shade depending on your preference. The hosts brother Tommy is extremely helpful and a lovely guy , he has great knowledge of the area is on hand if you have any problems but we had none during our stay. Lovely quiet area with plenty of shops bars and restaurants in walking distance. Would recommend this villa for family or adults looking to chill out great BBQ and pizza oven ( we didn’t use the pizza oven not brave enough to lite it but everything there if you want to ) Overall a wonderful place to stay and a great holiday

June 2024 Family Holiday

The villa is beautiful, in fact the photos don’t do justice to how nice the property actually is. It is fully equipped with everything that is needed and furnished to a very high standard. Tommy was great when we arrived and when we checked out, very helpful and friendly. We would suggest that having a car is important but a selection of restaurants, bars and shops are within 20 - 30 minute walking distance. We had a fantastic holiday and would definitely visit again. Thank you for allowing us to use your lovely villa for our family holiday.

Brilliant villa. Would recommend a car but easy enough to walk but not for 7yr olds in the heat. We got online shopping delivered which was amazing. Also take out delivered. Some lovely restaurants nearby 10-15min walk. There were 9 of us in total and we had such an amazing holiday at the villa. We did have a couple of power outages but was soon sorted and had no impact

Amazing!

Wow what a Villa. 8 of us stayed July 2024, two families with teenagers. The Villa is just perfect, a home away from home with everything you could possibly need so you don’t even have to leave!. The photos of this place don’t do it justice as it’s so much bigger than it looks! There are supermarkets and Habaneras shopping centre about 25 min walk away. Would recommend a car to make it easier to get about. Tommy our host was so lovely and gave us a lift a few times for a small fee. He is really knowledgeable about the area and was great to chat to. There are a couple of bikes there which we used and there’s a bike path that leads down to the waterfront - great for a morning ride and coffee. Highly recommend this villa and will be looking to return!

Chic, Spacious Villa

We loved the villa and would definitely go back to stay here again. All of the rooms were very comfortable, air conditioning worked really well, the pool was nice and big enough for our family of 5, all of the outdoor areas were spacious and well designed. There are LOADS of seating areas and everything you might need for a comfortable stay. Note that you can't wear suncream in the pool, so bear that in mind when planning your day. The pool has shade until around 10am and after 6pm, so we started and ended our day with that. You would probably want to hire a car if you stay here, supermarkets are a short drive away, parking at the villa is right outside and the streets are very quiet. Overall it's an excellent villa, clearly used and loved by the owners, and we would love to come and stay here again. Thank you Bjørn and Mette!

Perfect villa for a relaxing holiday with friends!

Stayed at the villa with 6 friends and had the best time! The place is a great size and has amazing facilities. We made use of the pizza oven, BBQ and the paella hob, all were fairly straight forward and a lovely addition to the holiday. The reason for the 4 star rating on the location is that we didn’t have a car so walking to the supermarket (15 mins) in the heat was a bit much. However, Tommy was so helpful and offered us a lift on our first day to the supermarket to get supplies and there are two bikes that we made use of. The villa is well stocked with everything you need including beach towels, bedding, kitchen supplies, etc. and Tommy was on hand if we had any issues. Mette was very quick to respond to messages and super helpful. It is truly a home away from home and would definitely recommend!

Får tacka för att få bo i ett fantastiskt fint hus under vår vistelse i Torrevieja. Huset hade allt och lite till av det man inte får kanske på andra boenden. Modernt med alla bekvämligheter. Huset är definitivt bättre än vad bilderna visar Fin pool, härliga ytor inne och ute och svalkande AC. Tommy var också en superkille som hjälpte oss med incheck och bra infon om området och transporter. Tack igen till värden

Was für ein fantastisches Haus!

Wir wollen uns auf diesem Weg bei unserer Gastgeberin Mette bedanken! Es war eine wunderbare Zeit in einem Haus, wo es wirklich alles gab und vieles mehr! Ein wunderschönes, großes und bequemes Haus. Drei Familien mit zwei Babys fanden ausreichend Platz, drinnen wie draußen. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet und wunderbar klimatisiert. Wir können dieses Haus nur weiter empfehlen! Vielen Dank!

The Villa is amazing, very clean and modern. Communication while booking was great, they even helped us when I booked the wrong flights. There is a short walk to the nearest shops and a 20 min walk to the nearest big town. We had an excellent trip and would visit again. Thank you :)

Una casa espectacular decorada con muy buen gusto, y con todo tipo de equipamientos para hacer la estancia todo un lujo. Piscina privada, barbacoa, horno de leña... no se puede pedir mas. Casa sin ningun tipo de escalera, totalmente accesible. Los anfitriones muy amables y atentos
