This great beach house is a short walk to the beach (accesses at 6th and 8th Streets) and is within walking distance to town. This adorable home features a 42 inch flat screen TV with Direct TV, Wi-Fi, linens, a gas log fireplace, and a great backyard complete with picnic table and gas barbecue. *Rates, Descriptions, and Units are subject to change at any time!* Reservations are limited to ONE dog only!

Great location near beach and town. A simple house well maintained with a great yard for dogs. Well stocked. The only house in our vacation with three houses that we had no problems or issues with. Will definitely rent again!😀

This house was perfect for our family of 5. Easy walk to beach - just a 1/2 block, and into Downtown Cayucos about 6 blocks. Super quiet neighborhood, and friendly neighbors as well. We will definitely be back!

Nice Walk to the Beach

Overall everything is as advertised. The rental company folks were awesome, even calling to let us know we could check in early if we wanted! The back yard is dirt and multiple gopher holes, so our pooch did her business in the front yard, which has grass (we didn’t want her digging for the gophers). Perfect location for a nice walk to the beach. We will visit again.

Fabulous Grad Weekend

This property in Cayucos was a huge gift! First, it’s location is ideal. Public access to the beach is a block away and downtown is close enough without being too close. Second, the interior was even better than pictured. Super clean, incredibly practical. We had 6 adults stay here comfortably. In 5e evening, we were had the space for other family members to join us for celebratory family dinners. We had not been together like this for 2 years. We will have nothing but treasured memories as a result of this delightful property.

Not as expected

We were surprised that there were no fans in the bedrooms, and we managed to get two more fans, but it was extremely hot that weekend. The supplies were minimal. No dishwasher soap only one toilet paper extra for six people. I think the agency could be a little bit more generous with supplies.

House was very comfortable. We checked in Aug 6th. the weather was warm. Screens on the front door and sliding doors in dinning room and master bedroom would be nice to allow more fresh air into the house. Also the fan over the dinning table did not work. The dryer was not warming up and with two kids age 4 and 6 we needed to do laundry. The ladies at Sea Lyon could not have been nicer about not being able to get a repair person until after our visit. They said we would be compensated. There is a laundry mat close by which we utilized. The local grocery store was close by. We attended the Community church which was a great experience. The minister and other attendees were very welcoming. I loved how quiet the neighborhood was. Cayucos is a great little beach town.Checking in and out was very easy. Great stay,

Great Location and layout but tired and needs updates

We rented for family thanksgiving vacation. Pros 1. Location- Great access to beach and town. There are several coastal access points starting a block away. Downtown, restaurants and pier are easily walkable 2. Layout- Able to accommodate 6 adults. We also hosted Thanksgiving dinner so 14 people at the house. Enough space for everyone 3. Pet friendly- great to have a yard to just open the door and let the dog out Now the Cons 1. Some of the Furniture- one of the twin beds was uncomfortable and the two chairs in the living room were also extremely uncomfortable. 2. Needs updates- it is dated. Felt like this was an inherited property from a distant relative and no one cares about making it cute inside. 3. Supplies- there is an instruction to “please replace what you use” they literally want you to replace toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap etc. WHAT???? This totally turned us off. Overall this could be a fantastic property/ needs updates and supplies
