This is the perfect place to unplug and reconnect! Enjoy 100 feet of quiet lakefront in a private setting. Early risers can experience beautiful sunrises over the lake. In the afternoon play in the lake or explore the area and in the evening, relax on the large deck, play a yard game or go for a sunset kayak ride. The cottage is adjacent to 100's of acres of National Forest and ATV trails. It is an easy drive from Ludington, Traverse City, Manistee and Cadillac making it for day trips to the wineries, golf or Lake Michigan. Why they chose this property
This cottage has been our family's retreat for the past 20 years. We have enjoyed countless hours of fun, relaxation and being together with friends and family. We want to share this experience with others. Stepping away from the electronic control of daily life and just sitting - watching the lake, listening to the birds, watching an eagle fishing or catching a glimpse of a deer taking a morning drink- this will refresh your being!
What makes this property unique
Every room offers a lake view. The cottage is at the west end of the this all sports lake allowing for spectacular sunrises and quiet evenings as our end of the lake is a no-wake zone. A private drive set off the main road, and distance and privacy between neighbors make this the perfect place to be able to enjoy a Northern Michigan lake vacation without the worries of crowds. You can enjoy isolated privacy, explore the many back roads and trails, or just take in the natural beauty of the area. Ludington, Manistee and Traverse City are all an easy drive for those that prefer to venture out.
