We loved the cabin! The lake was great for fishing and swimming. There are 2 adult kayaks and 2 kids which were not listed in the description so that was great!
The photos don't do this place justice. The views were great! The cottage wss clean, the host was very accommodating and responsive. We had a great stay! The lack of WiFi ended up being just what our family needed.
This is our second time staying at this location. We love the large deck. A nice addition this year were the kayaks! The cottage offers everything you could want for a pleasant stay. I do wish it had wifi. I

Thank you so much for the great review and I'm so happy that you enjoyed your stay at my cottage. Wifi is a struggle when you are dealing with the remoteness of the cottage.
This house has everything you need for a relaxing getaway. It’s tucked away in the woods and the lake is great for floating around and fishing. The sweet Fern cafe was very close and had any essential you may have forgotten as well WiFi. We had very little cell service so if you are looking to get away from it all this is a great spot.
We had a great trip to this cabin. This was our second time there and it is everything u could want in a vacation spot in the woods. Location is nice and fishing is food.

Thank you for the nice review Kim. I hope to see again in the future!😊 I’m glad that you enjoyed your stay!
Had a very relaxing week at the cottage. The cottage was great. Very clean and had everything we needed in the kitchen. The water is so calm and clear. My husband caught tons of fish! Our dogs enjoyed the beach and swimming in the water. One of the quietest places we've stayed at. I absolutely loved it.
What a location! Quiet and picturesque. Spent most of our time on the beach at the fire pit. Easy access to the Dublin Market and all the fun a great lake and the Manistee National Forest has to offer.

I'm so glad that you enjoyed the cottage. Thank you again for renting it.😊
Our family really enjoyed our stay. The property itself is great, very comfortable and the setting is awesome. Twin fawns played in the yard daily. Also we saw bald eagles, otters a muskrat, loons and sandhill cranes. We paddled our kayaks to all 4 lakes and peddled our bikes on the low traffic roads. Fun for active families.

Thank you for your review Nancy! So happy you enjoyed your stay and got to a lot of nature while you were there! Hope to see you back next year!😊👍
Nice cabin with a beautiful view of a quiet lake. Very remote and private, totally surrounded by trees. Nice large deck to relax on. My two goldens loved playing in the lake and we had several campfires in the fire ring next to the lake. The fishing was ok, didn't catch many. We enjoyed our week there and would come back again.. The one drawback was there was very little cell service at the cabin or in the area so you need a satellite gps because there was no internet to run google maps. We had 3 different cell providers among us and all were hit and miss. Wifi in the cabin would have been a welcome addition.
We loved the serenity and peacefulness of our stay! A true beauty of nature. A bald eagle flew right by us on the dock, diving loons, and nice fishing. The owner is wonderful and has great communication. Very kind and accomodating. A great get away!
