Our condo is just 1/2 mile from the ski base and a great location to be YOUR BASE for snow activities in the winter and hiking and biking in the summer. You’ll love it because of the modern mountain design, cozy fireplace, and hot tubs and heated pool.

Any time of year our condo is the BEST place to explore our town whether it is biking, hiking in the aspens, or skiing. We are sure you'll love our condo as much as you'll love our town.
The tennis courts are right outside the door, and the pool and hot tubs are just a few more steps away. We put new flooring in the kitchen and living room fall 2018. You can turn on the gas fireplace for instant coziness after a day on the mountain. There is no air conditioning in our condo but with fans and our fresh mountain air you should be comfortable.
There is also a recreation room in the main building if som
eone needs some space, a heated outdoor pool, BBQ area and coin laundry facilities.
WIFI is included as well as a TV and DVD player in the living room and TV in each bedroom. This unit has a very well equipped kitchen that accommodates any cook!
Our condo is in the Timber Run complex on Walton Creek Road. We are local owners here in Steamboat. We like to hike, bike, ski, and our kids are on the Steamboat downhill ski clubs and soccer teams. See you outside!
