Lovely home in a quiet historic neighborhood

Welcome to Las Vegas! This is a single story, modern, NON-PARTY home located in a historic quiet neighborhood right in the center of Las Vegas.
If you're looking for a home for you or your family look no further! This home has a spacious layout of 4 rooms and two bath rooms.

1. Home Features:
-55' TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime for your video enjoyment.
-Movie Theater type couch, which all seats recline ;)
-Fully stocked kitchen with all necessary cook ware, including a rice cooker.
-Fast Internet & Wifi (100mbps).
-Overall modern and family oriented feel.
-Garage access (4 Maximum). 2 Garage, 2 Driveway
-Bunks Beds for children.

2. Ubers & Taxis:
-About 10 mins from the strip and 15 mins from the airport.
-Times may vary depending on traffic and time of day.

3. Home Accommodates:
-Max of 8 adults (12 years of age or older)
-Max of 2 children (11 years of age or younger)
-Max 4 vehicles, which must be parked in the garage or driveway.

4. Check in anytime after 5pm. Check out anytime before 12pm.

5. Other Important Things to Note:
-NO PARTIES OR EVENTS ALLOWED!
-Noise Devices to monitor noise level to ensure there are no parties.
-Cameras in front & back of the property for safety and security purposes.
-This is a PEACEFUL residential neighborhood filled with families. This is a family oriented area and I intend to keep it that way.

This was a great place just a few minutes from everything. The location was excellent and the place was clean, well-equipped, and just right for a long weekend. The garage was big enough for my Tacoma and the place felt very safe. Plenty of space for 4-8 people and the host was very clear with instructions and unobtrusive. I’m was happy with the whole experience!!!

The house was very clean, and has lots of small amenities that most people wouldn’t think about. Like the box fans in the closet were very useful. The location is very close to the strip, convention center, and many great restaurants. The host is very responsive and made sure our stay went well, we ended up having to leave a day early and they refunded without us even asking. Thanks for the great stay, definitely will stay again!
