Just what we needed

We wanted a place that was close to the strip, but not on the strip, and someplace with easy access to main streets and freeways, and that is exactly what we got. Communication with the property owner was great, the place was super clean, and we had no issues. The beds were a bit harder than what we are used to, but having 4 queen beds in 4 separate bedrooms was awesome. There are a ton of extra pillows if you need them. It was great that we were able to park our vehicle in the garage also! We had a great stay.

Birthday Getaway

My 2 girlfriends and I celebrated our milestone birthday in Vegas. We did not want to stay on the strip and were excited to find a home nearby all to ourselves. And, with each of us having our own room! The home is located across from a school, but since it was a weekend, it was quiet. My only "concern" was the neighborhood when we first drove up. The next door neighbor's home was all boarded up and made us feel a bit uneasy. We forgot about it the next day (hahaha). All in all, the home was very clean. You can tell a lot of love and thought was put into the remodel. I would consider staying here again. Jessica was also super responsive!

Decent Experience with Pros and Cons

We had a great visit to Las Vegas and had a good stay at this rental. The host was communicative and responded in a timely manner to all messages. The location was fair - a lot of run down houses in the neighborhood but also a lot of updates happening in the vicinity. Felt totally safe, just not what we expected. The house worked out fine for us and was fairly updated. However there was quite a bit of dust accumulated in various places such as over the fridge, in the corners, and behind the dresser. The pillows also smelled strongly of floral odor spray or detergent, which was a little overpowering. I think the property overall is good if you are just needing a place to sleep. Location is far from the strip compared to other options, but the price was good!

Great access to Red Rock Canyon

The purpose of our visit was to go rock climbing, so our days were not spent at the house. The location was quite close and easy to get to Red Rock and there were stores and restaurants nearby. Each of us had our own bedroom, but three of us shared a bathroom because the other bathroom was in the master bedroom on the other side of the house. The house was nicely furnished with comfortable beds. The bathrooms were well stocked with towels, TP, soap, shampoo, etc. Extra towels and pillows were available. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cooking utensils. We requested a large skillet and a few additional items which were dropped off at the house promptly. We then discovered a number of large skillets and pans stored inside the oven. The living room was comfortable for relaxing and watching TV in the evenings and there was plenty of space to put our packs and organize climbing gear. This house met our needs very well.
