Stone and slate house, old converted stable with 2,500 m² garden, quiet, close to a farm (sheep, Roquefort obliges!) and a Master's house.
Inside, floor heating on the ground floor and wall for the bedrooms and upstairs, 1 bathroom, 1 shower room, 3 bedrooms on the 1st floor, 2 bedrooms on the 2nd floor.
Kitchen open to living room (exposed beams), pantry, utility room and garage; 3 toilets;
The lakes are 15 min away, Rodez is very close 5 to 10 min; fitness trail at 700 m; supermarket 2 min by car (aldi, lidl, super U, carrefour market, bakery etc.)
The house has a surface of 200 m²;
1st floor balcony; concrete barbecue and terrace;
