Welcome to this wonderful, relaxing, and positive-energy resort! This 1-bedroom condo features a sleeper sofa in the living room and a fully equipped kitchen, comfortably accommodating up to 4 guests. Located on the first floor of the Harbor Building at the Landmark Resort, it’s just a short walk to nearby restaurants and the town center, and a short drive to many Door County attractions.

Enjoy resort amenities including an indoor pool, exercise room, sauna (main building), hot tubs in each building, two outdoor pools, tennis court, playground, and a scenic trail behind the property. The main building also offers a coffee lounge with two computers and a printer.

PLEASE NOTE: The resort charges a $10 + tax per day resort fee, payable directly at check-in.

It’s a beautiful spot with great views from the paths. If the weather had been better we would have used the outdoor pool everyday, but we were able to use the indoor pool on a windy and chilly afternoon which was a treat!

The host was exceptional. She responded almost instantly to questions and the room we had was nicely decorated and up to date. We did have issues with the TV's in the room (smart tv's that couldn't use the internet) but do not fault the host, she was outstandingThe steam room in our building was out of order even though the front desk said all facilities were working.

My family loved our stay here! The condo was well-kept, up to date and very clean. We appreciated having a kitchen stocked with the various things we needed to cook for four. Summer vacation

Resort was very nice, especially the salt water pool. Bike trip to peninsula park was a highlight too. The condo is small, I can’t imagine more than 2 people staying there.

With freezing cold temps outside, the Happy Place was the perfect getaway. The unit had everything we needed to comfortably enjoy our stay, including a well stocked kitchen and a lot of tv/streaming options when we wanted to stay snugged in! We took advantage of the whirlpool and fitness center - great indoor options. Beautiful location - can’t wait to return!
