Convenient, reasonably priced studio apartment for short or long term stays. Enjoy your stay at an independent condo building within Otsego Resort and only 2 miles from downtown Gaylord. This is a walk-out condo, A/C, cable and kitchenette with complimentary K-cup supply. Keep your stay simple , and spend your time golfing, skiing or sightseeing. The Resort is open to the public and has ski lessons and equipment rentals. Sleeps up to 4 between a bed and a pullout sofa. No pets, no smoking.

Perfect accommodations for our “home base” for our golf trip.There was some nearby other unit renovation going on morning of the last day that was very loud but nothing our Host could have done.Communication excellent.Much appreciated.

The place was spotless, super clean, and smelled great. It was the perfect little spot we needed for our golf trip. Our only concern was the bed was a bit tough to sleep on, the springs hurt our necks the next morning, but it was manageable. John was a great host and his communication was spot on.

This was an excellent stay. The property was exceptionally clean, quiet, comfortable, and well maintained. The host's attention to detail was evident in the thoughtful amenities provided, including chocolates, quality soaps, and an ample supply of fresh towels. Although I did not eat the chocolates, the gesture was sincerely appreciated.Communication was prompt, courteous, and professional. I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend this property.

Not convienient for older people. Stale cigarette odor. Musty. Bed was horrible. Stairs where dangerous for older people. Room was very clean. Nice views.

I appreciate the feedback. We edited the unit description to explain that the building has no elevator and because the unit is on a walkout side, all stairs can be avoided by walking to the front where there is an entrance door near the unit's door. My housekeeper has deodorized the unit air. The be is a Murphy bed.

Winter Weekend

We enjoyed our weekend and stay at the condo. The weather became extremely cold and unfortunately the heat in the condo could not keep up. Temperatures never got higher than 67 but stayed at 65 for the most part. However, we did not let this deter us and we just bundled up.John is a good host and he offered us a late checkout time. Lastly the outside doors (common areas) need repair. The one nearest the condo does not close properly and the other had no inside door knob.

Great home base in Gaylord

Beautiful quiet location overlooking the golf course and slopes. Accommodations were as advertised. Location is very convenient to downtown Gaylord. We experienced a hiccup at check in with the VRBO app but once we were in, all went very smoothly.

Mother/ Daughter Trip to upper Michigan

The studio condo was perfect for us. I like that it had a back entrance. The host was very responsive to any questions we had. It ws very clean and orderly. The only drawback was a very small TV (more like a computer monitor) in the large TV cabinet, on which I could not do screen imaging on. I expected it to be bigger, although the listing did not mention a size. Thank you, John, for great accomodations!

Charming Little Studio

Everything about our stay was absolutely perfect! John was in contact with us from start until finish. Check in was a breeze and the Keurig is a plus! Plenty of room for the 4 of us ( 2 adults and 2 children). My husband and 6 year old enjoyed a game of chess after a long day of skiing. The view is gorgeous, we saw many deer and bunnies from our window. We can’t wait to stay again!

Loved it! Hope to be back

The condo was in a great location right on top of the ski hill with beautiful views of the ski hill. Loved the coffee station with candy and biscotti - nice touch. It felt like an iconic, old fashioned ski lodge which is exactly what we like. John was great checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. We hope to rent this place again.

Hidden Gem!

This place was perfect for our weekend stay. Even better than expected, the pictures don't do it justice! Property was spotless and so well maintained. Quick walk over to the Logmark for drinks at night. Centrally located on Otsego Club property which is also very convenient to town.
