About this property

This wonderful 3 BR/1.5 BA home is comfortably furnished and is perfectly situated between the State Park Beach located on Easy Bay (1.5 blocks away) and the TART trail. The TART trail is a 10.5 mile paved trail that traverses from the east side of Traverse City all of the way to the west side where it links with the Leelanau Trail. Our guests often enjoy jumping on the TART Trail and biking to put-put golf, the water park or to various near restaurants. Walk or bike the sidewalk to the State Park Beach where you will find blue water, miles of sandy beach and playground for the kids. The home has just been renovated with carpet, paint, freshly refinished wood floor, tile and furnishings. It features a spacious kitchen and living room area perfect for gathering with friends and family.

A fantastic experience

The house was very nice, clean and spacious. The kitchen was very well equipped with everything you would need to cook. Good pans! The hosts were very nice and helpful and even agreed to send something that we left behind. It was also very close to the lake which of course the kids loved! And close enough to walk into town. All in all a great experience!

Good location with spacious updates!

Clean home in a good location of a quiet neighborhood. Updates made to the inside of the home with a full kitchen having all the necessary items for some meals at home.

August Family Reunion

4 siblings and 1 spouse attending our annual family reunion, very nice and conveniently located house to stay in, we used the TART trail as well and could walk to the beach for a morning dip. Would definitely stay here again.

Great family vacation spot

This house was very well set up for a family weekend getaway. The beach was an easy walk (about 2 blocks), and restaurants were a short drive away. The neighborhood is quiet.

Clean and perfect little spot!

Perfect place for my family to stay! We had a family function in the area to be a part of and after we got to enjoy fun things to do inTraverse City!

Why they chose this property

Everything in this home is newer, clean and the location can't be beat as it is near to so many amenities. It also has an incredible location close to the beach and TART Trail.

What makes this property unique

Very few homes are within walking distance to a State Park beach with miles of sandy beach or just steps to a 10.5 mile paved biking/walking trail. Our guests often jump on the TART trail and bike to put-put golf and restaurants.
