PURE Paradise - Silver Lake

Create wonderful family memories in this clean, smoke free, cute, and spacious lake house. Silver Lake is a 600 acre all-sports, extremely clean lake. This lake house sits on 66 ft. of private lake frontage. Pure Paradise features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a finished walkout lower level with a laundry room and washer & dryer. Two bedrooms on the main floor, one with a queen sized bed and the other with a full sized bed. The lower level bedroom has a queen and full sized beds. All bed linens are provided. The kitchen is fully furnished and includes a microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, blender and stove oven. This house does have central air conditioning as well as ceiling fans, pedestal & window fans . Outdoor amenities include a sandy, private beach with a fire pit, and a private dock. There is a HUGE deck overlooking the lake. A public boat launch is just 2 miles away, as is a wonderful park and kids playground. Conveniently located just 7 miles from downtown Traverse City, Grand Traverse Bay, and 6 miles from Interlochen Center for the Arts.

This lake house is rented by the week, Saturday to Saturday during the summer. This house is available to rent by the week or weekend during other times throughout the year. This house is the perfect location for a hunting, snow skiing, ice fishing or snowmobiling getaway

We absolutely loved our stay at PURE Paradise! The location is amazing if you like Traverse City but want to be a little removed from the crazy traffic. This cottage has such an amazing spot on the lake. We had a wonderful vacation, and hope to be back soon!

What a great place!

We stayed a week here over the 4th and this place was amazing! It was a short 10 minute drive to downtown TC and it seemed we were far from the hustle and bustle when we wanted a lake day. The kids loved the lake and spent a lot of time swimming. It was very comfortable and we are certainly coming back!

Great family lake house!

Three generations stayed for a week. Great beach, plenty of room, huge dining area and 2 outdoor deck/patio gathering areas! S’mores by the bonfire, floating in the water, lots of fun family time! Very well kept and lots of updates in this beautiful home.

Wonderful house for family time

We really enjoyed our stay at Pure Paradise - Silver Lake. Jeff, the host, was very helpful throughout the process answering all our questions and even contacting us during our stay to insure everything was going well. The house is very clean and well organized. The updated bathrooms are especially nice. The house has plenty of indoor and outdoor space for families. We really liked the beach and how shallow the water was, it is really good for small children. We had a wonderful time!

The house is right by the lake with great view. Jeff was very easy to work with and responsive. We didn’t realize the house doesn’t have AC (we either missed the info on the list or that detail is not there). Couple days while we were there the house was pretty hot in the evening and night even with all fans in the house running. Other than that, everything was great.

Breathtaking Sunsets

My family and I really enjoyed our stay in this cute house. The kids loved the sandy beach and jumping off the dock. Silver Lake is clean and the waters near the shore are shallow, so nicely accesible and a comfortable temperature. Location was great: the house in a quiet neighborhood, 10 minutes to downtown TC, and easy driving for day trips around the area. The house itself was in great shape with thoughtful updates throughout, and we were treated to breathtaking sunsets every night from the deck overlooking the lake. Definitely recommend this home for anyone looking for a northern Michigan vacation!

Beautiful getaway

Great property on a lovely lake. Silver lake is crystal clear and a joy for both kayaking and swimming. Kids had a great time swimming and fishing off the dock. Had to bring own kayaks, but that's easy enough. Plenty of space for our family of 4, with a bedroom to spare. Really close to Traverse City and easy to access. Had an excellent time and would highly recommend. The owner was very responsive to questions that came up during the stay.

Nice place on a beautiful lake

The house was a great location on silver lake, 15min from downtown traverse city, and a quiet neighborhood. There have been some nice upgrades with the appliances and the basement bathroom. Some work still needed with the carpets and upstairs bath but overall a nice place for the week. Thank you to jeff for being so nice and accommodating.

My friends and I recently booked a stay at Pure Paradise for the weekend to attend a wedding in Traverse City. This place was only 2 hours away from home but a fantastic place for a weekend getaway. Although we had a busy weekend and didn't get to enjoy the house as much as we would've liked, the time we did spend there was great. The accommodations were wonderful and the backyard area was beautiful. My favorite part may have been drinking my morning coffee on the deck with a view of the calm water. Jeff is a great host! My friends and I were so happy we found this little piece of paradise! :)
