Maisonette (44 m²) duplex, in a holiday residence in SOULAC SUR MER (33), fully renovated accommodation.
Located in a closed wooded park, 500m from the supervised Naiades beach (South beach) and 1 km from the city center.
- Ground floor: Living room with kitchen open to the living room, WC and outdoor terrace facing south.
- Floor: 1 bedroom with 1 double bed 140 (cupboard + balcony)
               1 bedroom with 2 single beds of 90 (wardrobe)
               1 bathroom with bath, sink and WC
Home equipment:
New 3-burner induction hob, fridge with freezer compartment, mini electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, small appliances (Senséo coffee maker, toaster and electric kettle), TV, sofa, large dining table + coffee table, garden furniture (table with 6 chairs + parasol). Board games.

Residence facilities:
- 2 outdoor swimming pools including a paddling pool, secured by fence (open from May to September)
- 2 indoor parking spaces
- Shared barbecue, 2 ping-pong tables, paid laundromat
- Closed bicycle storage
Pets not allowed.
No smoking inside the house (Presence of a terrace and a balcony).

Une belle semaine de vacances

La location est bien agencée avec tout le nécessaire pour passer un bon séjour, la terrasse parfaitement exposée avec vue sur la forêt. La résidence est agréable : grande piscine (pas chauffée), tables de ping-pong... Très calme (sauf lors des quelques animations du camping d'à côté qui portent jusque là). Seul bémol de notre point de vue : la literie qui manquait un peu de confort. La plage surveillée des Naiades à 800m est un vrai plus. Nous remercions Thierry pour son accueil et sa disponibilité.

Très bon accueil et location idéale pour des vacances en famille. Maison fonctionnelle, nombreux rangements, tout ce qu’il faut pour cuisiner. Plage à une dizaine de minutes à pied, foret à 1min pour faire des balades et piscine dans la résidence bien entretenue. N’hésitez pas!
