Come and discover Soulac sur Mer and spend a pleasant stay in our Villa MICKEY (Villa awarded in 2017 by the association of owners of Ancient Villas in Soulac-sur-Mer).
Beautiful Soulacaise from 1900 renovated with a seaside atmosphere, located 300m from the ocean, Hyper center of Soulac sur mer, in a historic and classified district.
All shops nearby, restaurants, tapas bar, shops, cinema, bicycle rental, large covered market every day ... Everything is accessible on foot !!!

Area: 65 m2 on 2 levels.
Villa composed:
On the ground floor:
     -Large parental bedroom (140 * 190) with reading corner and dressing table.
- Living room with TV.
- Modern fully equipped kitchen (oven, dishwasher, hob,
        microwave, fridge / freezer, Senseo coffee maker...).
- Bathroom with large walk-in shower, WC and washing machine.
- Patio (not overlooked) with garden furniture and electric barbecue.
Upstairs:
      - Large bedroom with 3 beds (90 * 190), desk, TV lounge area.
- Shower room with WC.
- Terrace solarium with 2 deck chairs.

Optional:
Final cleaning: 100 €
Bed linen: € 15 per bed

Special feature: the upper floor is only accessible by an external staircase (ideal for teenagers or children who want a little independence). However for younger children, we can provide a cot to install in the master bedroom and the living room is also equipped with a single bed.

Typical villa ideally located for a car-free holiday with the beach at the end of the street !!!

Nice and perfect location

Very nice week spend in this little house. Kids loved their own space upstairs and the location lose to city and beach does offer lot of options. We enjoyed it a lot.

Overall the house was lovely and the outdoor spaces excellent The road was quite busy The sea view was obstructed and couldn’t actually see the sea. The property was clean and Christophe Rizzo very helpful and pleasant. The property did have minimal cleaning and bathroom items. We bought extra tea towels kitchen cloths and hand towels for the bathroom and coat hangers for the bedroom

Nice Bell Epoque Villa in great surrounding

This is a lovely spot with great surrounding, only some 100 m away from the Ocean with huge sandy beach and many shops, restaurants and bars. Also the near-by famous Medoc wine chateaux and cities like Bordeaux and Arcachon are more than a visit worth. The owners gave us a warm welcome and detailed introduction into all details. These are the perfect 95%. We consider as weak points too less furniture for good outside sitting in the sun as well as by far too small bed in the principal sleeping room. Only 140 cm for 2 adults is simply too small. And that counts even more during a stay of 2 weeks. And you should know that it is not comfortable to stay in the upper sleeping room of it is raining. But in summary we enjoyed great holidays in this house and in the lovely small city of Soulac and its surroundings.

Découverte de Soulac sur Mer

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette belle soulacaise décorée avec gout et idéalement située tout près du centre ville et de l'océan. La communication avec Christophe le propriétaire a été très fluide. Une très bonne expérience à renouveler sans hésiter !

Très chouette petite villa Soulacaise

Plein centre de Soulac, proche plage et commerce. On peut tout faire à pied et tant mieux parce qu'une fois qu'on a une place de parking pas loin autant la garder. Maison tout équipée et très sympathique pour une famille, la chambre des enfants s'accède par dehors.

Toller Strandurlaub

Liebevolle eingerichtetes Haus in direkter Strandnähe. Strand, Geschäfte etc. alles fußläufig zu erreichen. Abends kann man den Sonnenuntergang auf dem kleinen Balkon genießen. Für zwei Personen eine tolle Größe. Mit vier Personen muss man sich schon etwas arrangieren.

Toller Aufenthalt in Soulac

Das Haus ist sehr schön und hat alles was man für einen Urlaub braucht . Das einzige was vielleicht fehlt ist WLAN aber sonst ist alles super gewesen . Direkt am Strand und direkt im schönen Städtchen Soulac . Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder . Vielen Dank und bis zum nächsten Mal .

Oktober am Atlantik

Wir haben wunderbare Ferien genossen in Soulac sur mer und in der sehr hübschen Villa Soulacaise. Noch nie hatten wir so ein stilvoll eingerichtetes Ferienhaus gemietet. Das Farbkonzept zieht sich durch alle Räume sowie liebevolle Details und passende Dekoration. Es ist alles vorhanden was man für einen entspannten Urlaub benötigt und wir konnten auch noch im Oktober wunderbares Spätsommerwetter geniessen. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und melden sich auf Mails oder per Whatsapp sehr zuverlässig. :-)

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in dem gemütlich eingerichteten und ausgestatteten Haus sehr genossen. Bis auf die Tatsache, dass dort kein WLAN (WiFI) vorhanden, der Herd manchmal seine Eigenarten hat und ein Handtuch pro Person für zwei Wochen für 20,00 Euro doch etwas wenig ist trotz vorhandener Waschmaschine, war alles gut.

Sehr schöne, zentrale Wohnung

Ein mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtetes Häuschen im schönsten Teil von Soulac - sehr zentral gelegen zu Geschäften und Restaurants und trotzdem ruhig. Komfortable Einrichtung wie auf den Bildern dargestellt und sehr nette Vermieter. Wenn wir wieder Soulac bereisen, würden wir in jedem Fall wiederkommen.

Soulac von seiner allerbesten Seite

Die Villa Mickey ist nicht nur von außen ein Schmuckstück (wie eigentlich die ganze Rue), sondern auch von innen. Hier wurde sehr viel Arbeit und Liebe zum Detail in eine kleine Villa investiert, die 3 Minuten vom Strand und 3 Minuten vom Markt und vom Zentrum entfernt ist. Vom oberen Bereich haben wir nur den Balkon genutzt, um dort die Sonne zu genießen. Das dazugehörige Zimmer mit WC ist für Jugendliche gut geeignet. Der Aufstieg über die Wendeltreppe ist für große Menschen eine gebückte Angelegenheit. In den Zimmern ist alles vorhanden, was für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt gebraucht wird, bis auf eine persönliche Ausnahme. Wir sind keine Senseo Fans und hätten uns über einen Kaffeefilter, eine Kaffeemaschine oder einen Espressokocher sehr gefreut. Unsere Gastgeber haben wir nicht persönlich kennengelernt, aber sie haben uns indirekt mit einer hervorragenden Flasche Rotwein begrüßt. Der Austausch bei Fragen über E-Mail verlief reibungslos und sehr zeitnah. Wichtig für jüngere Besucher, es gibt kein Wifi, deshalb vorher genügend Kapazität buchen, um ein eigenes Gerät zum Hotspot umzuwandeln. Wir hatten eine sehr erholsame Zeit in dieser wunderbaren kleinen Villa.

Im Herzen von Soulac

Ein bezauberndes Haus Mitten im Herzen von Soulac. Der Strand und das Zentrum sind binnen 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Das Haus selbst hat alles was man sich wünscht. Sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und die Gastgeber sind auch sehr freundlich. Ich komme bestimmt wieder.

Charming Villa, Great Location

We've been in Soulac in late August with our 3 boys. The Villa is beautiful, very tidy and well equipped. The boys loved 'their' 1 floor space and separate entrance. Besides the cozy interior the house has an balcony and an relaxing little porch. The location is perfect close to the beach and the center of Soulac, but still in a beautiful residential area. Christophe is very well organized so the settling in went smoothly. Great host.
