The deck area has a patio table with two chairs for your morning coffee. There is one parking space for you on the south side of the house. The main access to this unit is up the stairs on the deck on the north side of the house.

As this is an upstairs apartment, keep in mind that there are stairs. If climbing stairs is difficult for you this may not be the listing for you.
