Charming and classy 1 bedroom + 1 bathroom apartment, located just steps away from all of the Mayo Clinic buildings located in Rochester. Recently completely remodeled with brand new furniture and appliances. With all of the extra amenities. This is a one bedroom apartment but we do understand sometime you have more family members with you so we set up a sofa bed (2 single beds) for your convenience. So it could fit total 4 guests easily. Enjoy your stay!:)

Easy walk to clinic

Lots of improvement to the property, but not well done. It felt like anything might fall apart at any moment. The walkability and parking were excellent and why we would stay again.

My husband and I originally booked this, but ultimately stayed at a Marriott for our two week stay. The issues were:- listing claims that there is “A/C”, but the single small window unit is inadequate to cool the full unit from front door to the bedroom- listing implies that the washer and dryer is in-unit, but it is off-site- the most egregious of all is that Rita is very unresponsive as a host. We attempted to contact her when we originally checked in, but she only seems to respond from 11pm-4am for some reason. I do not believe that the company is local to RochesterI would not under any circumstances recommend anyone stay at this unit, or any unit managed by “RitaBnB”

a pleasant, comfortable place to stay

the property is well maintained and well furnished. It was comfortable and in a nice location. We wished the bed was a little higher( it was quite low to the ground) and there were extra blankets, but we were very satisfied.

Why they chose this property

This property is situated just few blocks away from all the mayo clinics and hospitals and right in the middle of the downtown, less than 0.5 miles, you could walk to everywhere in downtown and Mayo clinic!

Restaurants, grocery stores, coffee shops, bars, shopping center all just steps away from your house and walk from home to everywhere in the beautiful summer or during winter, but never need to worry about the parking in downtown, nor to worry about the cold weather!
1. Within couple of blocks from all major Mayo Clinic buildings.
2. Canadian Honker ( one of the best Rochester restaurant), McDonald's, KFC, Toppers Pizza, Cherry Berry Yogurt Bar, Bars, Caribou Coffee, grocery stores, Salon, Anderson Wheelchair store, gas station are all on the same road with in few blocks range.
4. Within 10 mins walking distance to all the downtown restaurants/shops/bars.

What makes this property unique

You can leave your car at the property and just walk to the Mayo buildings or restaurants instead of finding parking in downtown.

This is a 100 year old building but completely remodeled in 2019 with brand new kitchens, bathrooms and good quality furniture and fixtures. Everything brand new and very clean.
