Large studio of 31 m², classified 2 *, located on the 5th floor with elevator of a well maintained condominium (Château Durieux III, 7 boulevard des Côtes) offering a view of the city and the mountains, enjoying a sunny exposure, full west, quiet. No noise pollution, or vis-à-vis!
Ideally located in the city center, close to all amenities, the green park, 550 m from the Chevalley thermal baths (accessible on foot or via the shuttle in front of the condominium).
Studio with a balcony and fully equipped:
- Kitchen area with sink, fridge, 2 ceramic hobs, multi-function oven, electric coffee maker, toaster, kettle, dishes and cookware
- Main room: 2 single beds, 1 sofa, table and 4 chairs, cupboards, large chest of drawers, TV
- Shower room: sink, shower, WC, washing machine
- Miscellaneous: Wi-Fi, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, INDIVIDUAL GARAGE.
On request, transfer from the SNCF station to the apartment (free), household linen (additional charge)
