Located in Vaison-la-Romaine, in the Vaucluse in the heart of Provence, at the foot of Mont Ventoux and Dentelles de Montmirail, our former wine farm is located in the middle of a green area: lavender, rosemary, olive and linden trees Centenarians are part of a Mediterranean garden.

Perfectly furnished and equipped in a spirit of "Family House", its decoration is made by Magali the hostess thanks to family furniture and furniture and objects found at antique dealers in the region. You will find a warm and soothing atmosphere.
The swimming pool (10 X 5 with beach and alarm protection) will allow you to relax and cool off. Exclusive use. 8 sunbaths, 1 parasol.

On the ground floor :

Entrance hall with beautiful stone staircase and a canopy opening onto the living room.
Large living room of 62 m2 with kitchen, granite worktop, induction hob, oven, microwave, American fridge, small appliances, wine cellar (On arrival, a few bottles of the winemaker owner will be cool! )
Laundry with washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board.
Guest WC - Wifi - Garage for bicycles and motorcycles, 2 bicycles at your disposal. Parking spaces on the property.
The kitchen opens via a large bay with brick partition on a large covered terrace of 25 m2 with barbecue.
Bedroom 1 - Provencal ambience, ceiling in leaf of Provence & barber's furniture. 160 x 200 bed

Each room is equipped with cupboards, a bathroom or private shower - Cosmetic mirror and hair dryer - WC independent - Television. Bedding of very good quality. Beds made on your arrival.

Bedroom 2 - The stone in all its states, decorative fireplace in marble & travertine. 2 beds 90 x 200 can be twinned.

The owners present in the terraced house are there to assist you in the smooth running of your stay. Ready to share their good plans.
The winemaker-oenologist owner will be able to share his knowledge and his passion for wine around the estate's cuvées or during themed evenings.

Comfortable lodgings and interesting town.

Enjoyed the wineries, the mid evil city, Avignon, Nîmes and Pont de Gard. Wonderful little town to browse and have dinner in.

Magnifique demeure

Nous étions un groupe de 8 cyclistes du Québec pour visiter la région. Nous avons adoré notre séjour chez Magali et Nicolas. La maison est spacieuse et très bien situé pour faire le marché ou aller au resto.. L’endroit est propre, confortable et bien équipé. La communication avec Magali est rapide. Nous allons y revenir un jour !..

Heel mooi huis vlakbij Vaison-la-Romaine

Dit huis is heel mooi, zeer recent en kraaknet. Zeer goed uitgerust met 4 volwaardige dubbelkamers met telkens ruime badkamer en toilet. Mooie tuin met petanquebaan en fris zwembad, en bovendien uitzicht op de Mont Ventoux. Heerlijke plaats met zeer fijne gastdame Magali. Top!

Veel comfort in de Provence

Zeer compleet uitgeruste woning met vier slaapkamers elk met eigen badkamer . Zeer vriendelijke gastvrouw . We hebben genoten van het grote overdekte terras , van het zwembad en niet in het minst van de petanquebaan . Alle winkels binnen korte afstand . vlot hereikbaar

Oasis of calm within walking distance of central Vaison-la-Romaine.

The photos do not do it justice! We’ll be returning as soon as we are able to relax in the fabulous grounds and amazing house. The hosts were very welcoming and supplied us with some of their own wine and jam.

Beautiful Home Base for Exploring Provence

This is a beautiful and well maintained property. The home is spacious and well equipped. It was perfect for a multi-generational family visit to Provence - 4 spacious bedrooms with 4 en suite bathrooms and an additional half bath. Lovely yard with private pool was a bonus. Immaculate and clean and also very comfortable. A perfect stay!

Wonderful house and location

My husband and I along with our friends had a wonderful time at this beautiful house. The house is clean, modern, very comfortable and the grounds are beautiful. The pool is clean. The owners were very nice and helpful with anything we needed. I highly recommend and we hope to return again.

Wonderful house and great location

The villa is wonderful - the photos do not do it justice! Plenty of space for everyone, very well equipped, beautiful gardens! Plenty of sun beds, pool chilly but it is only middle May. Magali & Nicolas are wonderful hosts, there if you need them for anything, but not intrusive at all. All in all, a wonderful house in a beautiful setting. We would love to return!

La Vie Est Belle Au Soilel ✨

This was our first time to France and very thankful for our stay here in VaisonLR. - upon arrival Everything was very clean + inviting, the house is well laid out and beautiful. The backyard was perfect. - location is great. Options to walk, bike or drive into town and all of those felt very safe. - there is an Aldi, Intermarche and Super U for groceries and plenty of fun boulangeries, boucheries, poissons and restaurants to visit. - Magali and Nicholas are both very kind and gracious hosts! We absolutely loved our stay and Hope to visit here again!

Très beau mas, avec de belles prestations

Nous sommes venus en famille (3 couples et un bébé) pour 3 jours. Très belles surfaces, qui a permis d'apprécier le séjour car il a plu durant les 3 jours. Les chambres et salles de bain sont très spacieuses, la pièce de vie, très grande, lumineuse. Côté vaisselles/ électro ménager, il y a vraiment tout. Hélas on n'a pas pu vraiment visité, à part les caves... On pense revenir.Très bon accueil.

Das Haus ist ideal für eine Gruppe von Freunden, es bietet 4 gleichwertige Doppelzimmer mit Bad. Der Garten ist wunderschön, die Küche bestens ausgestattet. Die Gastgeber wohnen direkt nebenan - was allerdings überhaupt kein Problem war. Magali und ihr Mann sind großartige Gastgeber - wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und kommen total gerne wieder.

Clean, stylish and high standard in rooms, toilets/shower and kitchen. Accommodating host who did everything to make us comfortable. Large and good areas with grass, pool and outdoor environments.
