Large Provençal Bastide of 200m² with garden and swimming pool looking at the Sainte Victoire mountain in the east, 5 minutes from Puyricard and 10 minutes from Aix en Provence.
The 200m² offer a large living room of 60m² with fireplace, a dining room with bay windows overlooking the pool, a kitchen and its fully equipped laundry room (dishwasher, freezer, fridge, storage, washing machine, sink and worktop, etc. ….), As well as a bathroom with toilet, an interior patio with its porch overlooking the outdoor terrace on the ground floor.
Upstairs two large 25m² bedrooms separated by a bathroom with shower, bath and toilet, a large dressing room- bedroom adjoining an attic bedroom of 15m².
This villa, house of character, is located in an exceptional green setting

Beautiful setting in Provence

This beautifully refurbished antique house is situated in an idyllic setting within a working vineyard. We were six adults- three couples- and we were very comfortable in the house which has four bedrooms. One of the bedrooms is not very private because it is on the way to the fourth one. There is only one en-suite bathroom upstairs where all bedrooms are so it was in not convenient for those in the other bedrooms to go downstairs in the night. The downstairs is tastefully decorated and the kitchen is adequately equipped. It would have been helpful to have the kitchen and bathroom supplied with fresh soap and toilet paper but this was not an insurmountable problem. We had very few issues during our two week stay and whenever we needed help Jean Paul responded in a timely manner and assisted us very well. Great host! The outside of the house is nice with a beautiful pool. A little tlc would make the outdoors stunning. A great time was had by all!

Belle maison, environnement calme.

Jolie villa avec beaucoup de charme. Les extérieurs sont malheureusement peu entrenenus, bain de soleil sales, le mobilier extérieur est vieillissant.

Je vous remercie pour votre appréciation concernant LA VILLA. Il me semble toutefois exagérer de considérer les exterieurs peu entretenus avec un jardinier a raison d'une matinée par semaine pour l'entretien du jardin ainsi que de la piscine. Que les bains de soleil soient sales, disons tachés, cela se peut en milieu de saison, surtout si les locataires précédent ne nous ont pas signalé cet etat de fait. Vous m'en voyez complètement désolé. Acceptez toutes mes excuses.

A wonderful house, pool and vineyard with a view

This house is wonderfully situated in the middle of rolling vineyards, with open views of the distant mountain from both the house and the pool. Very private; occasional sounds from the adjacent vineyard reinforced the sense that we were staying at a working winery without intruding on the peace and quiet that we were looking for. From the house, yard and pool, you do not see the winery, just the countryside. We asked Jean Paul for a tour of the winery, and were able to taste some of the best wine we’ve found. There are three separate bedrooms with doors, with a fourth bedroom (without a door) that you pass through to get to the third bedroom. The kitchen was very well equipped, and even had a dishwasher. The house was sparkling clean and decorated in a sophisticated Provençal style that was both casual and comfortable. The house is ideally located for exploring Provence. We had a great stay, and Jean Paul communicated promptly and make us feel very welcome. We hope to return sometime soon!

Cyprès et Sainte-Victoire

Nous cherchions le calme et une grande maison pour réunir la famille un vœux exaucé Au premier accès sur le chemin qui mène à la villa bordé de cyprès nous avons su que c était la bonne maison tous les matins et les soirs une lumière différente sur la Sainte Victoire la nuit les étoiles filantes dans le ciel...nous quittons avec un pncement au cœur cette maison chaleureuse et très agréable

Une belle découverte

Nous avons séjourné en famille deux semaines dans la maison de Jean-Paul. Un lieu magnifique, vue sur les vignes et la montage sainte victoire, au calme. La maison a de très belles prestations, dispose de tout le confort nécessaire et d'une très belle piscine. La région est elle aussi à découvrir, pour les amateurs de vins la "villa" propose de belles choses et de nombreux vignobles sont proches du domaine. Nous avons été chaleureusement accueilli par Jean-Paul et Catherine, Arnaud était disponible sur place en cas de besoins. Nous recommandons vivement ce lieu et pensons y revenir lors d'un prochain séjour en Provence.
