-SITUATION:
The house is a 10-minute drive from the Aix-en-Provence TGV train station (possibility to come by taxi for 20/25 euros), 10 minutes from the village of Les Milles, 20 minutes drive from Aix (12 km), 30/45 minutes from Marseille and the sea. A car is therefore necessary (possibility to rent it at Aix-en Provence TGV train station on arrival: -Marseille)
-There are buses 10/15 minutes from the house to go to Aix and Marseille, but a car is necessary for a stay
Small businesses and giant Carrefour in the village of Les Milles
-PISCINE (3.50 X 9) with security for children, (alarm + curtain), pool lighting for the evening, wooden beach of 40 M2, deckchairs, parasols
No great depth to dive
-VOISINAGE: House without vis-à-vis 2 other houses are nearby.(Which is good for the security too). But for this reason the calm will be to respect the evening because the wind can carry the sound.
