Vraiement pas professionnel! Attention.

Attente d'une heure et demi lors de l'arrivée car nous n'avons pas reçu le numéro de l'appartement et le code d'entrée. Après contact avec le service client nous nous apercevons que l'appartement ne correspond pas à notre réservation; la photo figurant sur le site n'est pas la bonne. Le lot 11 n'est pas un appartement mais un studio! Ensuite, plusieurs problèmes dans l'appartement: impossible d'ouvrir la fenêtre du studio car celle ci est bloquée par la tringle à rideaux (comment respecter les consignes d'aération "Covid" entre les locataires dans ce cas?), idem pour la fenêtre de la salle de bains. Lumière de la salle de bains hors service. Le drap house et la protection du matelas sont d'une taille inférieure à la taille du matelas. Les trois assiettes à notre disposition sont trop grandes pour entrer dans le lave-vaisselle. L'éclairage de la hotte aspirante ne fonctionne pas. L'évier ne possède pas de bouchon.
