Our roomy fully air-conditioned Junior Studio Suites is a super guest-room with a living, kitchen and dining area at the entrance and a cozy sleeping area in the back next to the private bathroom. It is fully furnished, with a flat screen cable TV, a well-equipped kitchenette with a refrigerator, microwave, 2 pit electric stove, coffeemaker and all utensils needed. All have a private porch with view on the pool and a tropical garden.
Also its unique convenient location, with beaches, restaurants and the down town in walking distance and yet affordable rates, are what sets Aqua Viva Suites apart as a Pleasant Stay at Great Value.

Beautiful, quiet, great location, good value!
We enjoyed being 5 minute drive from the airport and right next to VIP Dive shop. Beautiful pool area and the suite had everything we needed. Clean and safe, parking on site. Good air conditioning. Miguel and Daysi were delightful. Joe’s and Sebastian’s are easy walk for nice dinners.
