Very nice apartment under renovation (parquet, ceilings, painting, photos to come), designer furniture combining Scandinavian and industrial style, bright 72m2, with a 22m2 terrace overlooking a small sea view (cocooning area under preparation to allow you to enjoy a good coffee with a view of the Mediterranean).
The apartment is located on the 1st floor with elevator, with free parking.
Modern fully equipped American kitchen with new appliances (Oven, Microwave, Coffee maker, Tassimo, Croque-monsieur machine ...)
Industrial lounge (overlooking the terrace) with a 2-seater convertible corner sofa.
Bathroom (Bathtub) which can be used as a shower.
Separate WC.
2 bedrooms with 140x200 bedding each with dressing room.
1 bedroom (2 Bunk beds 90X190).
Separate laundry room with a hot water tank and a gas boiler so you never run out of hot water.

ENVIRONMENT:

Easy and quick to access, the apartment is 20 minutes by car from Bastia airport and 5 minutes by car from the arrival of the ferries.
The apartment is located a 10-minute walk from Bastia Beach. This beach equipped with games and supervised nautical activity will delight young and old alike. You can enjoy a cocktail in the bars and restaurants on the beach or play with friends at the pétanque. Close to all shops (Pizza to go, Tobacco, Monoprix, Restaurants, Bakeries, Bank ...) and 20 minutes walk from the city center of Bastia.
A 5-minute walk from the famous spassimare, jogging, rollerblading or walking enthusiasts will enjoy this walk along the entire seafront between pier and palm tree. You can lie on the deckchairs provided by the city of Bastia.
The bus stop is a 1-minute walk away and the shuttle will take you wherever you want to in Bastia. (Free shuttle during evening shopping evenings on Friday evening in August)
The SNCF station is also 5 minutes away on foot which allows you to be able to try the Micheline (Corsican train which crosses the rocks and which joins Corte, Calvi and Ajaccio) in order to perhaps go to the discovery of green and wild landscapes such as the famous Restonica valley renowned for its rivers and lakes (Lac du Melu and Capitellu), as well as the departure of the famous GR20 for experienced and reckless hikers or even partying at the Calvi on the Rock festival.
The city of Bastia, the second largest city in Corsica is an authentic city which will allow you to visit the famous Cap Corse (1 hour by car door to door to Maginaccio, the most northerly point of Corsica and discover the fabulous beach of Tamarone or Barcaggio)
