About twenty kilometers north of Aix-en-Provence, pretty Bastide of 200 m² renovated in 2016 is located in a very quiet environment on a flat land with olive trees of 3.033 ha.
Since the pool of 15x7 m, located in a dominant position slightly away from the Habitation, the view is breathtaking on the Luberon and the surrounding vineyards.

The house facing south is composed as follows:

On the ground floor, large entrance opening on the one hand on the dining room and the kitchen with access to a large terrace on the south, entrance living room, plus sejour 70 m 2 cathedral height, laundry.

Ground floor: Large bathroom, a toilet, home theater room that can be converted into a bedroom including a sofa bed.

Floor: 3 bedrooms and a bathroom.

Lovely house, grounds, pool with a beautiful view across Le Luberon

We had such a lovely peaceful 2 week stay. We thoroughly enjoyed the house, the grounds and the pool. The views across the Luberon are magnificent. Caroline, the host, and Alicia, who checked us in, were both very responsive to our questions. The nearest town is a short 5 minute drive (or 40 minute evening walk). It's also a great base for exploring the surrounding towns and villages and the stunning countryside.. Thank you

Beautiful family house in a fantastic location. The hosts were there to introduce a member of our party to the property and on the end of the phone when we lost power during a storm so all was well.We just spent our time with the family relaxing by the pool and enjoying the house and outdoor seating areas. It was everything I had hoped for - an authentic property to experience Provence. Thank you for a wonderful week.

Merveilleux séjour dans une maison très accueillante et confortable entourée d'une nature éblouissante. Une piscine de belle dimension, dominant vignes et oliviers, située légèrement en retrait et de ce fait, tout à fait sécurisante pour des parents accompagnés d'enfants en bas âge. Une perle dans le beau Lubéron!

Très belle semaine

Nous avons tous (y compris le chien) beaucoup apprécié notre séjour. Le terrain est magnifique, la piscine est très agréable et où qu’on soit, la vue est très belle. La maison est spacieuse et bien équipée. Le seul défaut est que les chambres de l’étage sont devenues chaudes après les journées à 38C… On peut se promener depuis la maison sur les routes peu passantes et il y a plein de jolis villages à proximité. Je recommande !!

La propriété est très grande mais idéale pour les chiens qui peuvent courir. L équipement est correct m, il manque uniquement un micro onde. La piscine est grande mais exposée au vent ce qui la rend froide lorsque le mistral est là. L accueil d Alicia est top ainsi que sa disponibilité pendant le séjour. Dommage que l éclairage du jardin ne soit pas en fonction car il doit être magnifique éclairé.

Wunderschönes Anwesen mit riesen Pool

Wir haben zwei sehr schöne Wochen in diesem wunderschönen Haus verbracht. Das Anwesen, Garten, Haus und Pool sind noch viel schöner als auf den Fotos abgebildet. Die Kinder hatten unglaublich viel Platz zum Spielen. Das Highlight ist der riesengroße, extrem saubere Pool. Er liegt auf einer Anhöhe, von der der Blick in die Umgebung überwältigend ist. Das Haus liegt einsam und ruhig. Nachbarn sieht man in der Ferne. Alle notwendigen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind aber in 10 Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Es gibt schöne Ausflugsziele in der Nähe. Alicia war sehr freundlich und immer ansprechbar für uns. Eine sehr empfehlenswerte Unterkunft.

Paradis à Pertuis

Nous avons été surpris (dans le bon sens) de la maison louée qui est encore mieux que dans l'annonce et sur les photos ! La maison est située entre les vignes et a une vue imprenable à 360°. Elle est super bien équipée (barbecue de compétition, piscine XXL, matelas flottants pour la piscine, WiFi, home cinéma, machines à laver...) bref le paradis sur terre ! Elle idéalement située car à 7min en voiture du Hyper U et autres commerces et proches de toutes les visites de la région. La communication avec le propriétaire a été super fluide et le check-in / check-out s'est très bien déroulé également.

Super sejour

Villa très bien située dans un cadre magnifique , la piscine est immense et la vue est splendide. Calme assuré !!! Mr Manopoulos est très réactif et très sympathique, il n’a pas pu nous accueillir c’est Alicia qui nous a reçus très gentille et disponible . Nous avons loué des vélos électriques à Didier ( Station BEE’S) un régal de pouvoir faire des ballades au chants de cigales . Nous recommandons cette location sans hésiter .

Une charmante bastide au calme, mais...

Une bonne expérience de bout en bout, une charmante bastide au calme, avec une zone d'ombre au tableau. Nous découvrons à notre arrivée que la piscine est hors service, et aucune information en amont qui nous a été donnée à ce sujet, malgré des échanges par téléphone et par messages lors de la préparation de notre séjour. Vraiment dommage.

Tout était en place pour passer de magnifiques vacances: l'accueil, le cadre... La maison est vaste et agréable, le terrain splendide et la piscine très agréable. Calme absolu et vue tellement reposante. Un séjour en famille très réussi. Sans oublier la gentillesse de notre Hôte et la compétence et l'amabilité d'Alicia.
