In the heart of Provence, at the foot of Sainte Victoire, 5 minutes from Aix en Provence and 30 km from the sea and the city of Marseille (European Capital of Culture 2013), this recently renovated haven of peace, will seduce you with its tranquility.

This 160m2 house is located under the pines and on the edge of the vineyard, it has a large bright living room and a semi open kitchen, the sleeping area consists of 5 bedrooms, 4 bathroom / shower as well as 2 toilets.

It has a large 12x6 secure swimming pool with garden furniture and deckchairs, a park for children, a beautiful shaded site for barbecues, eating and having an aperitif, there is also a pingpong table and the possibility of making beautiful game of pétanque. There is also a fitness area with several machines overlooking the pool and the valley.

The village of Châteauneuf le rouge is less than 3 km away and has all the amenities: medical office, pharmacy, bakery, post office.

This house has never left people indifferent among our friends and tenants,

Beau séjour en retrait de la ville

Le séjour avait commencé sur une très mauvaise note vu la propreté du lieu mais le propriétaire a fait le nécessaire afin que le service ménage intervienne au plus vite (en tout cas pour nettoyer le plus sale). Très belle villa dans l'ensemble, le confort pourrait être amélioré notamment en installant une clim dans le séjour et une bâche pour couvrir la piscine la nuit car les pins perdent leurs épines juste au dessus. Mis à part cela, elle est bien aménagée pour passer de bonnes vacances en famille. Dommage que la piscine ne possède pas de petite profondeur pour les tout petits, nous avons placé une mini piscine gonflable le temps de notre séjour afin qu'ils puissent se rafraîchir vu les 38°

Pas sèrieux

Maison pas entretenue et sale, dommage car beau potentiel et beaux volumes, mais il faudrait investir pour mettre du neuf et propre dans la continuité de la cuisine qui elle est très bien même s'il manque de la batterie d'ustensiles comme grande poêle. Tous les coussins rouge et autres de la terrasse sont sales, des chaises en plastique blanches empilées et sales, frigo de la terrasse sale, fauteuils et coussins autour de la piscine non nettoyés. Mégots de cigarettes trouvés dans la petite cour côté cuisine et sous paillasson entrée. Grâce à une erreur du propriétaire et pour se "faire pardonner", il nous a laissé arriver 1 jour plus tôt car la maison était libre : Reçus par son employée de ménage, celle-ci a son stock de glace dans le congélateur, et nous invite à attendre 10 minutes avant son départ car la machine à laver son linge n'a pas fini son cycle. On a un instant pensé que nous étions chez elle !!!. Il faut absolument changer la table et les chaises à côté de la table de ping-pong (c'est d'un autre monde !!). Pour en finir de tout cela, et en plus des 150 euros réclamés pour le ménage, nous avons reçu un débit de 75 euros pour soit disant une paire de draps brûlés. Personne n'a JAMAIS fumé ni dans les chambres ni dans la maison d'ailleurs (nous étions avec 2 jumelles de 14 mois). Nous sommes fort fort déçus.

De super souvenir dans cette maison piscine sécurisé vraiment top avec les enfants. La maison est spacieuse et bien entretenue. Le coin piscine et barbecue extérieur très très agréable. Pour les visites calanques,cassis,aix… il faut bien faire entre 15 et 30/35 kilomètres. Toute les commodité boulangerie boucherie… sont dans le village de Châteauneuf-le-Rouge qui est un village super sympa. Nous sommes tous prêt à relouer cette maison.

nous avons passé un séjour parfait dans cette magnifique villa. Nous avons été très bien accueilli par Christophe. La villa correspond à la description. nous étions 11 personnes avec des ados et des enfants et tout le monde a passé une excellent sejour. Les enfants ont pu profité a fon de la trés grande piscine et les adultes ont pu se reposer au calme (aucun bruit aux alentours) et au son des cigales. nous reviendrons certainement dans ce paradis au sud de la France. L'emplacement aux portes d'aix est top. Pas très loin de Marseille non plus. La piscine est très grande, manque juste d'une couverture pour les épines des pins.

Une excellente expérience, rien à redire, tout est impeccable de la literie en passant par l’équipement pour cuisiner et mrs boules de pétanque . Arrivée à l heure dites avec un accueil très sympa (plein de petites attentions dans le frigidaire) ; une maison top en termes de ménage ; la piscine et le jardin parfaitement entretenus ... le soleil - vie sur les vignes - les cigales et les grillons ... une semaine parfaite avec tant de choses à faire aux alentours dont la montagne Sainte Victoire (prévoir vraies chaussures de marche !!!) ! Belle propriété provençale dans les pins et les vignes

DISASTER

This was a disastrous and horrible experience. The property owner never showed up to let the six of us into the villa we had rented for a week. No communication from him until the third day. VRBO put us in substandard miserable rooms which were totally unacceptable for the first two nights. We were left to find suitable lodging at hotels in the area. We were here for my daughters wedding and it nearly ruined the entire experience. Not having a place for six people to enjoy the south of France as expected was beyond description. I had to speak with Vrbo customer service at my own expense on the telephone during their office hours , And one agent told me “well some property owners are more reliable than others.“

Très bonne semaine en famille au mois d'avril.

Nous avons été très bien accueillis par notre hôte qui a été très réactif durant notre séjour afin de régler les petits problèmes rencontrés. Encore merci pour cela. Le maison est grande et spacieuse, très bien agencée et très confortable. Il a été très agréable de ne pas avoir de vis à vis, que les enfants aient pu profiter d'une aire de jeux et que les grands se retrouvent devant le barbecue, la cheminée et la table de ping pong. La proximité avec Aix permet donc de bien profiter de cette merveilleuse ville. Le seul petit bémol sera pour nous le bruit occasionné par une route assez passante mais rien de très grave. Merci encore à notre hôte qui nous a permis de réunir notre famille pour un temps de repos et de retrouvailles.
