300 meters from the center of the city of cardinals, architect Bernard, student of Le Corbusier, designed this villa in the 50s.
Entirely redesigned and restored by contemporary architects in 2018, it accommodates up to 10 people for an exceptional stay, with a unique view of Mont Ventoux Fort Saint-André, the Palais des Papes and the Alpilles.
Outside the olive trees, dry stone terraces, heated infinity pool and petanque, you dive into the Provencal atmosphere.
Inside, 3 bedrooms with bathroom, 2 suites with bath, dressing room and office, decorated with prestige and sobriety.
For your total well-being, gym, hammam and massage room are at your disposal, as well as a concierge service.

Beautiful house!

We had a wonderful week in this pretty property. The house is perfectly clean, nicely furnished and the bed's are super comfy! Emilie and Albane are very charming, helpful and reliable hosts and the communication was simply perfect. Couldn't complain about anything, really!

Wonderful!

This property exceeded our expectations - it was even better in reality than in the photos. It’s a short drive from the village and very conveniently located if one has a car. It served as a great base for 8 adults, with enough space for everyone to have their own private space, but with large, well-appointed areas for visiting, eating and relaxing.

Spectacular

Emilie was a wonderful host, extremely response and helpful in the lead up and throughout our stay. The villa was everything we expected, clean, beautiful facilities, all necessary amenities and the most spectacular views! It’s well position, a 7 min short walk to the local village and a short drive to the local supermarket. Our group had a wonderful week and would highly recommend this villa.

Picture perfect!!

Everything about our stay was flawless! The communication with the management team before we arrived up until we checked out is the equivalent to a five star property. The house is gorgeous and impeccable-everything you need and then some is stocked, and there is plenty of space for a group. The beds are really comfortable, the outdoor space is incredible, and the location cannot be beat. Take advantage of the on-site massage facility if you can-one of the highlights of our trip. We cant wait to go back!

Wonderful stay in Villa 360

This is a beautiful home within walking distance of Villeneuve-lès-Avignon and a short drive into Avignon. The house is very clean and stylish, and the kitchen is a cook's dream: it has two ovens, a microwave, and a wine refrigerator! The views from the balconies are incredible. The landscaping and pool are beautiful, and we enjoyed many evenings on the patio. There are railroad tracks close by and we could feel and hear slight rumbling during the night, but it did not disturb sleep. It was an absolute pleasure to stay at this property.

Absolute gem in Avignon

What a beautiful home in the heart of Avignon!!! The house was a perfect home base for the various drive we wanted to do in the Province area like St. Remy, Aix en Provence, Roussillon and etc.. Everything was perfect for us. The house was very clean and equipped what ever you may need. The landscaping and pool was beautiful to enjoy dinner out in the patio. We loved the interior design of the home. The host, Emilia and Albane were wonderful hosts. They were very quick to respond to any questions we had during our stay. Sweet Albane even bought us some gifts. It was a really pleasure to stay at this property and will definitely rebook this property in our next trip to France.

Lovely modern villa that exceeded our expectations!

Villa 360 is in a quiet neighbourhood very close to the village of Villeneuve les Avignon. The views , sunsets and sunrise over the village are stunning! A perfect base to explore Chateau Neuf du Pape, Tavel,Beaume de Venise, Gigondas, and the many wine regions of the southern Rhone. 45 minutes from Vaison la Romaine and the hill top towns of Menerbes, Bonnieux, Lacoste, Rousillion, Gordes are an hour away. Do not miss les Baux and St Remy and of course the old town of Avignon. The village of Villeneuve les Avignon has an amazing cheese, shop, bakeries, butcher, and wine shops. All you need for a gourmet stay. The villa was spotless with a well equipped kitchen, beautiful dining tables inside and out with comfortable outdoor seating and lounge chairs. the master suite has a lovely deck for watching the sunset and the second floor has another large deck with ample room for yoga or exercise. Each guest room has a shower and sink and lots of closet space. The master suite has a shower, water closet and tub with views over the village as does the second floor suite. The three rooms on the second floor share a water closet. Beautiful linen bedding, draperies and black out blinds. The design is modern yet welcoming and very relaxing. We would all highly recommend this villa and would definitely recommend it to friends. We would certainly return again. Thank you Emilie and Albane for such a fantastic stay.

A very nice house, with a shower and sink in every bedroom, which is a nice amenity! The large kitchen and gorgeous dining table are a wonderful place to gather. There is a nice view from the second floor terrace and the third floor bedroom. The whole villa is tastefully decorated -and the linen bedsheets are very comfortable! The pool is very small. Communications were very easy, and so were the check in and check out instructions. We all enjoyed our stay at Villa 360 very much!

Traumhaus mit extrem geschmackvoller Einrichtung

Wir können dieses haus nur wärmstens empfehlen, wir waren mit der Familie und Kindern da und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Einrichtung ist ein Highlight für alle Interieur- und Designfans- Emilie hat einen ausgezeichneten Geschmack und war sehr liebenswert. Die Lage ist perfekt für Ausflüge in die Umgebung und liegt wunderschön am Hang. Wir werden den Blick vom Bett aus auf den Sonnenaufgang vermissen!

Schöne Lodge mit super Ausblick

Wir wurden von Emilie, bei Anreise, herzlichst begrüsst und bedanken uns, das wir schon früher, die Lodge, beziehen durften. Sauberkeit und Hygiene waren top. Einige Sachen wirkten abgenutzt und entsprachen nicht mehr den Fotos. Die Sitzgruppe, unterhalb des Pools, könnte man noch einladender gestalten. Ansonsten haben wir ein super Urlaub verbracht und es hat an nix gefehlt. Robert, Sarah und Erik
