In the spacious great room, there are multiple seating options, including a sectional, full-size sofa, and accent chairs, all centered around a 70” flatscreen TV. Upstairs, a second living space boasts a 55” TV and a foosball table, the ultimate hangout spot for kids and adults alike.

Open to the living space and those beautiful golf course views, the gleaming gourmet kitchen is light, bright, and fully stocked with cookware and dinnerware for up to 25 guests. A custom BBQ grill and outdoor dining right along the 8th hole of the Coral Canyon Golf Course awaits.

This brand-new townhome is located in The Eighth at Coral Canyon in Washington, Utah, a picturesque community set beside the 8th hole of the Coral Canyon Golf Course. Filled with beautiful, modern homes, this community is in a prime location for exploring nearby St. George and the surrounding desert and mountains.

In the neighboring community, you’ll have access to a shared pool and hot tub in addition to the private pool and hot tub in your own backyard. There’s also a splash pad perfect for little ones and tennis and pickleball courts.

A golfer’s paradise, Southern Utah offers an abundance of golf courses graced with manicured greens amidst red rock cliffs, fields of black lava, and coral sand dunes. This home is located right along Coral Canyon Golf Course, but there are dozens to explore, like Sunbrook, SunRiver, Sand Hollow, Dixie Red Hills, and St. George Golf Club.

Southern Utah is also filled with opportunities for outdoor adventure with endless trails to hike, bike and ATV, plus fishing, climbing, and canyoneering. Sand Hollow Reservoir, with its warm, blue waters and red sandstone landscape, is less than 10 miles away. There you can boat, fish, paddle board, and cliff jump, then explore the dunes of Sand Mountain via ATV. And Zion National Park, with its steep red cliffs, forest trails, waterfalls, hanging garden, and scenic views, is just 45 minutes away.

Most guests drive a car or rent a vehicle to explore St. George. The closest airports are St. George Regional Airport (SGU ~15 miles) and Cedar City Regional Airport (CDC ~47 miles). Once you get here, park in our oversized 2-car garage to keep your car cool.
