* pink room: 1 double bed 140 and a bench / extra bed for a sleeping 80 * 190cm
* blue room: 1 double bed 160 and a bench / extra bed
* turquoise bedroom: sleeps 4 in 90: 1 bunk bed and pull-out beds
- A bathroom with bathtub

- A large hallway with cupboards (iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner)

Séjour été 2024 à deux familles

De superbes vacances au pays basque dans la charmante maison très bien équipée de Franck. Nous étions deux familles avec 4 ados, et nous avons pu profiter de son emplacement idéal à proximité du centre et de la plage de Saint Jean de Luz (15 minutes à pieds sans forcer). La proximité avec le pôle jeunesse n’est pas un problème, notez quand même que la maison est mitoyenne d’un côté avec une isolation vraisemblablement un peu faible. Les voisins sont très discrets mais côté vacanciers, il ne faut pas trop laisser déborder sa joie d’être dans un si bel endroit 😉. Merci à Vanessa pour son accueil et sa gentillesse, par ailleurs très arrangeante et de bons conseils. Nous reviendrons sans aucune hésitation.

Maison toute équipée et très pratique. Tout est bien conforme à la description, les pièces sont spacieuses. Lieu calme, 15 minutes du centre ville. Je vous recommande sans hésitation ce logement

Bien avec deux bémols

Maison très bien équipée - plancha, équipements cuisine, vélos, …. La situation est pratique : à 15 minutes à pied du centre ville de St Jean de Luz et facile d’accès pour les balades et les activités. La maison est spacieuse. Juste deux bémols au regard du tarif pratiqué en pleine saison : le niveau de propreté un peu limite à mon goût et la proximité avec le centre de vacances pour enfants qui peut apporter quelques désagréments sonores, certes supportables mais qui pourraient gêner certains vacanciers. Le rapport qualité-prix s’en trouve donc malheur impacté…. La région et les lieux nous ont permis de passer néanmoins de très belles vacances. La mitoyenneté n’a pas d’impact : les voisins sont très discrets.

...des toilettes et salles de bain multiples pour une smala de 8 personnes. Le propriétaire et l'agence de location n'y sont pour rien... Mais cette semaine a été un peu difficile, car la construction d'un centre de petite enfance, le débroussaillage et l'ébranchage avec de gros engins ont un peu perturbé notre séjour le matin... A part cela, réservation très intéressante avec un petit ru dans la propriété, qui vit au rythme des marées... Une petite épicerie, un boulanger, une pizza et une pharmacie à 2 pas... Très pratique ! Location à privilégier lorsqu'on est nombreux...

Très bonnes vacances passées à St Jean dans cette maison agréable malgré les travaux sur le chantier à côté (marteaux piqueurs dès 8h tous les jours!!). Pas de chance pour nous ! La maison est assez bien située, suffisamment loin du centre pour être calme le soir et pas trop loin pour profiter de la ville, de ses plages et nombreuses animations. Elle est également bien équipée, parfait pour les 4 adultes et 4 enfants que nous étions. Un peu plus de confort dans la maison serait un plus : manque de fauteuils dans le salon (seulement 2 canapés 2/3 personnes), absence de salon de jardin, table et chaises de jardin très inconfortables. C'est un peu dommage. Attention aux moustiques très présents la nuit!! A savoir également, la maison est partagée entre 2 logements. Cela ne pose pas de souci en soi, les voisins étant particulièrement silencieux, mais nous aurions préféré le savoir avant. Malgré ces petits points négatifs, nous garderons un bon souvenir de nos vacances dans cette maison et dans le Pays Basque, quelle magnifique région!

Maison parfaite pour 6 personnes et un enfant - Tout est prévu pour les enfants en bas age (jouets, chaise haute et lit parapluie ...) Dommage que sur les trois chambres, une seule était équipée d'un lit double, une seconde équipée de deux lits de 90 cm jumeaux et la troisième uniquement avec deux lits superposés et un lit à tiroir (pas très pratique pour un couple!). La cuisine est bien équipée mais nous aurions apprécié une cafetière électrique toute simple plus pratique pour le petit déjeuner.

nous avons passe une excellente semaine dans cette maison avec tout le confort, quartier tranquille , commerces a proximités (pain frais au petit déjeuner ) nous avions prit l option drap et linge de toilette les lits étaient fait a notre arrivée . après quelques heures de routes c est très appréciable , pour conclure très belle semaine en famille avec le soleil

Maison tres agréable, bien équipée et fonctionnelle. Le coin jardin et la plancha sont un plus si le temps le permet. Petits points négatifs: commerces de proximité très limités et centre ville de Saint Jean ou la plage à plus de 20 mins à pied.

Property was perfectly situated for golf at Chantaco and access to town and beach. Well equipped and private property. A few very minor and inexpensive improvements would have raised my rating higher. More than willing to share those with the owner

Excellent séjour dans une maison très agréable

Notre séjour s'est très bien passé, la maison est confortable et parfaitement équipée (notamment pour les bébés) en plus d'avoir une très jolie décoration. 10 minutes à pied suffisent pour accéder au centre ville de Saint jean de Luz, aux commerces et à la plage. Nous avons eu la chance de croiser Laurence, Franck et leurs enfants, quelle charmante famille ! Nous espérons bien revenir bientôt. R. et G.

Très bon séjour à Saint Jean de Luz

Nous avons passé un week-end prolongé en Juin 2016 dans cette maison spacieuse et décorée avec goût. La maison est très bien équipée (plancha, grande table de séjour, salon de jardin, couchage...) ce qui favorise la convivialité. La localisation de la maison permet de se rendre rapidement dans le centre de Saint Jean de Luz mais aussi d'accéder aux axes routiers principaux pour visiter la région. Nos hôtes, Franck et Laurence, sont très réactifs et disponibles. Nous gardons un excellent souvenir de notre escale dans le pays basque.
