¼ of the rent to be paid upon booking. Balance rent, deposit and tourist tax requested upon taking possession; deposit returned within one month at the latest if the apartment is left in its original state (sanitary facilities, floors, clean kitchen and windows, defrosted fridge, mattress protector and washed bath rugs, ...). Inventory of items of equipment in each apartment. We insist on the fact that the number of people indicated on the rental agreement must in no case be exceeded.
