300m from the largest sandy beach in Sainte Maxime - Large new 3-room apartment of 72 m2 with air conditioning, in a very nice one-storey residence, quiet and secure, bordered by a pine forest at the back, large sea view terrace, 4 sleeps, fitted kitchen, comfortable, 2 bedrooms with mosquito nets, 2 bathrooms, reversible air conditioning, elevator, parking and garage in the basement. Large sandy beach with restaurants 300m away.
Shuttles (1 euro) will take you as well to the city center at 5 minutes, as to the commercial areas or the other beaches, departure at 300 m from the residence. Sea shuttles leave the port for Port-Grimaud, St. Tropez, Porquerolles, the Lérins Islands, St. Raphael etc ...

Magnifique appartement avec très belle vue sur la baie des Issambres. Spacieux, très propre et bien équipé, il a tout ce qu'il faut pour passer d'excellentes vacances près du Golfe de St Tropez. De plus l'accueil chaleureux de sa très sympathique propriétaire ne peut que mettre le locataire dans les meilleures conditions pour savourer son séjour. Location hautement recommandable.

Séjour au top, appartement impeccable, spacieux, meublé avec goût, au calme avec une vue magnifique de la grande terrasse. La propriétaire est très accueillante, elle nous a donné de nombreuses adresses et des bons plans. Elle s’est adaptée à notre horaire de départ qui était tres tôt le matin.

Sehr schöne Wohnung mit besonderst tollen Aussicht

Die 3-Zimmer Wohnung ist noch schöner, als die Fotos uns haben vermuten lassen. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man so in einem Urlaub braucht. Die Betten waren bequem, die Wohnung sehr sauber und sehr ruhig gelegen. Die Aussicht auf das Meer und die Küste war wunderschön. Es gab auch einen Parkplatz und eine Garage. Ein kleiner Tip von uns, wenn jemand auch über Weihnachten reist- nimmt warme Hausschuhe mit . Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin war sehr nett und hilfreich.

Sehr freundlich wurden wir empfangen, sehr gepflegte Wohnung und eine tolle Aussicht hatten wir vom Balkon. Die Kommunikation war jederzeit möglich und die Empfehlungen für das Essen konnten wir auch nutzen. Der tägliche Gang zum Meer war in wenigen Minuten „schnurgeradeaus“ möglich. Alles in allem eine tolle Zeit. Danke!

Traumhafter Ausblick außerhalb des Trubels

Der Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm. Traumhafte Lage an dem schönsten Strand von Sainte Maxime. Klares Wasser, sehr sauberer Strand. Gute Radwege, schöne Berge im Hinterland. Sehr respektvolle Autofahrer, die mindestens 1.5 m Abstand einhalten. Die Wohnung ist sehr modern ausgestattet und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Geräumig, und hell. Sehr nette Vermieter, gaben jederzeit gute Informationen heraus. Man kann sich hier sehr erholen. Wir würden dieses Appartement auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

appartement exceptionnel

Dans l'appartement on trouve vraiment tout ce qu'il faut et même beaucoup plus! Il y a une vue superbe sur la baie, et la mer est à juste 500 mètres de la clôture de la propriété. Un chantier de construction pour un nouveau complexe d'appartements de vacances est très proche, mais actif seulement pendant la journée. Les soirs sont très calmes, avec des cigales à écouter. La propriétaire a été très charmante et prête à aider avec des conseils pour que nous puissions bien profiter de nos vacances. Nous voudrons rentrer aussitôt que possible !!!

Une semaine magique entre copines

Merci à Francine pour l'accueil chaleureux. Un appartement lumineux, bien équipé, au calme, avec place de parking gratuite. A 300 m de la plage. Un bus 🚌 permettant de se rendre à Sainte Maxime pour 1 euro. Nous avons visité les alentours. Des centaines de photos, des souvenirs pleins la tete.
