Just 10 minutes from the beautiful Laguna Beach coastline, the Village is nestled on 3.8-square miles of rolling hillsides in Orange County, California. It's easy to embrace the Village's countless activities, services, amenities and social opportunities. This second floor unit is close to pools, club house, and countless activities. Located on Serpentine Trail. . With more than 250 clubs and organizations, plus countless special events and activities, Residents easily find like-minded people and make new friends. There are steps leading up to unit and no elevator. Not handicap accessible.

Resort-style amenities include two professional golf courses, five swimming pools, tennis facility, lawn bowling center, equestrian center, performing arts center and numerous art studios.

Nice, safe winter get away

This was the perfect place for me as it was close to my work, the beach and shopping. This is a second home for the owners. The owners were kind to show me around the community the day before I checked in and were communicative when I had a question or two along the way. People in the community were friendly and helpful as I got to know my way around on my daily walks. Great amenities including exercise facilities, art rooms, and community pools. Once challenge I had was that I am allergic to cats and the owners do have a cat (undisclosed) at the condo when they stay there and the cat trees remained in the condo (they took the cat). The community is gated (multiple entries) and required a pass to get thru the gates. All in all it was a convenient, safe and pleasant place to stay for a winter get away.

We are very active and enjoy living in a community with activities close by. We walk to the fitness center, library, bocce ball court, performing arts center, etc. We live next to a beautiful hiking trail, the Serpentine Trail, where we meet people from all over the world every day. Southern California is an amazing place that allows us to thrive!

Why they chose this property

This condo is in the most idyllic location in Orange County. We have countless activities to participate in, but we also are minutes away from Laguna Beach for reflection. I'll be happy to tell you more. Since we are away in the winter we'd like to share the beauty of our home with others to enjoy.

What makes this property unique

24 hour security, interesting people and clubs, close to beaches, restaurants. Bus service. Too many to list.
