Step into this lovely space an inviting living room with leather couch. Full kitchen including condiments for your use. The master bedroom has a king bed and private bath, Xtra large shower. Even bigger walk in closet and double sinks. 2nd bedroom has a trundle bed. Full bed with a pull out twin underneath. Bath across the hall. There is a lovely shaded patio with table and chairs to enjoy. Enjoy amenities like AC, Washer & Dryer and one car garage. We provide soaps, shampoo, hair dryer, iron & iron board, laundry soap, trash bags as well as a full kitchen. I stock goodies so there is always something to eat. You can always find coffee,tea & snacks. Condo is very comfortable and offers ample storage inside. Lots of guest parking. Includes wifi streaming through cox cable. Very unfair review, if you choose a property to rent and it’s thousands less than others it might need updating. Pay more $ next time and don’t bring your cat … you saw new photos and choose to rent. I also gave a great review and I’m on my 3 rd cleaning after your visit. Left very dirty !
Jan and ED were perfect hosts! 2 bed-2 baths and a garage to park your vehicle. The spa and pool is a refreshing 30 second walk. The spa only is a twenty second walk. The neighbors are quiet and friendly. Ed and Jan were outstanding--going the distance to ensure our stay would be perfect. And it was! We recommend it to the highest! Best VRBO stay for us.

I’m a native Californian. Moved to Orange County over 40 years ago from the San Fernando Valley. Fell in love with all the new communities and how safe it was. Schools are great and found Laguna Niguel a great neighborhood to raise our family. Fast forward we have raised our family of 2 boys and 2 girls and now just get to enjoy our time. Being a real estate agent and an architect we are retired now. Living in the community is so comfortable especially in the summer when its hot everywhere else we had to keep a piece of paradise for the family use. We currently live in Mission Viejo so we are still close enough to assist guests in any way we can. You can always text me for restaurant recommendations or any other interests you might have.
Why they chose this property
The location is literally on the border of Dana Point. Dana Point has a large harbor renovation currently going on. $600 million in private money is going into new harbor, restaurants , dining, hotels, shopping and more I don’t know about yet. It’s pristine and around the corner is Bear Brand Estates. St Ann’s private school is just down the street. My personal favorite is being able to walk to the movies and dinner or Trader Joe’s …. Makes it always feel like vacation. Not needing my car.
What makes this property unique
Well, the first is that secret stairway to the shopping center. Love that ! It’s a corner unit so the patio is covered always in shade. Single story with 2 steps at the entry and garage. Love having a garage. The storage space is unbelievable. The master closet is the size of a bedroom. All mattresses are new as of October 2025. Since being in the business we like the process of renovation. So, I’m looking forward to renovating the kitchen and having some fun modifications in the near future…..
