Very beautiful villa with all mod cons with large terrace, 2 air-conditioned bedrooms, double living room with TV, very airy fitted kitchen, bathroom with walk-in shower, separate wc, garden and babecue for your family evenings, parking space private.
Located in a quiet and relaxing residence, it is 12 minutes by car from the beach, the marina, the soufriere, the rivers of Saint-Claude.
The excursions in the forest, the waterfalls (waterfall of Gallion, jump of matouba, basin of the yellow baths, hot baths of Dolé, paradise basin, ...) are nearby.
We are also 5 minutes from the market and the port of Basse-Terre, 30 minutes from the Cousteau reserve (glass bottom boat, scuba diving) ...
Finally Guadeloupe and especially the Basse-Terre area is full of things to see.

Notre hôte, tout comme son épouse ont été très gentils. Le logement est bien placé au pied de la Soufrière. Quelques détails à ameliorer dont nous avons parlés avec Antoine mais un bon séjour dans l'ensemble.Je recommande.

EXCELLENT

Premièrement , le logement correspond à la description faite sur le site (aucune tromperie) Deuxièmement ,dans les années 80, la Fédération Nationale du Tourisme avait mis en place un protocole sur l`accueil avec comme effigie `le sourire` Je n`ai pas eu un sourire physique de JANINE ,mais il était présent. L`hôte JANINE à pris soin de veiller aux conditions de mon arrivée car les restrictions sanitaires sont réactualisées et m`obligeaient par deux fois à modifier l`heure de mom arrivée. Si bien que je ne suis pas arrivée, le jour prévue J`ai prévenue de mon arrivée très tardive (21heures), par rapport aux contrôles sanitaires. Immédiatement , Janine, m` a proposé de lui dire ce dont j`aurais besoin pour dîner etc... Durant mon séjour , Janine m`adressait des messages afin de se renseigner sur mon bien être... Cette bienveillance m`a séduite d`autant plus que j`avais l`impression d`être COMME CHEZ MOI, car il ne manquait de rien dans le logement. Troisièmement, pour conclure, je peux dire que Janine est une hôte presque parfaite pour ne pas dire parfaite... Janine j`ai apprécié cette empathie et je recommande sans hésitation aux voyageurs votre logement. Et je pense qu`ABRITEL devrait encourager les HOTES d`avoir ce type de bienveillance envers les voyageurs. JANINE, encore , merci pour toute votre attention. Maryse

Emplacement à recommander

J'ai séjourné dans la maison de janine avec 2 amies. La maison est idéalement placée à Saint Claude pour monter à la soufrière, randonner autour et visiter la basse Terre. De plus le quartier où se trouve la maison est très calme pour se reposer. Janine est très sympathique et très attentionnée vis à vis de ses locataires ainsi que sa belle soeur qui nous a accueillies sur place. Nous recommandons cette location.

Super accueil de Mme Francius, soucieuse de notre installation. Maison propre, spacieuse et confortable. Située proche de la Soufrière, des plages du Sud de Basse Terre et de nombreuses cascades. Terrasse avec une vue dégagée. Je recommande !
