Guests will walk up the elegant spiral staircase for a stay in the Dogwood Room. The Dogwood Room is a romantic luxury King sized room that comes equipped with an ensuite bathroom and a magnificent claw-foot, soaking bathtub. Wake up to the delicious smell of a home cooked breakfast. Spend the day exploring and experiencing all Hocking Hills and Wayne National Forest. Head to our favorite local restaurant, Rhapsody Restaurant, to wine and dine. Come back to enjoy a relaxing night where you can unwind and soothe tired muscles in the warm Jacuzzi or spend the night soaking in the claw-foot bathtub. Experience the charm of a Bed & Breakfast when you stay in our romantic Dogwood Room during your Hocking Hills visit. During the winter holidays, the Hyde House is decorated extravagantly with 5 foot tall nutcrackers, a beautiful custom built wooden sleigh for Santa & Christmas presents, and Christmas décor all throughout the inside of the home. The Hyde House Bed & Breakfast has been showcased during “Nelsonville’s Tour of Homes.”

Enjoyed our stay at this Historic B&B we had the whole place to ourselves the first night. The location was perfect for us to go and explore the Hocking Hills area and was within walking distance to many of the main square amenities. The clawfoot tub was perfect after our 12 Mile hike and the bed was comfy.

Very convenient location to food, drink and entertainment. Also, pretty decent breakfast next day. My 4 star overall rating is based on the shower. It’s a very low flow shower and made showering interesting. In the end we fared just fine and enjoyed our stay.

Lovely house

The Dogwood room was comfortable and spacious. We appreciated the large bathroom with shower and claw foot tub. Comfortable sitting area downstairs as well. Easy walk to the town square with a couple of restaurants and a coffee shop.
