Unwind and de-stress. Relaxing, private modern farmhouse style suite

3-room suite in Modern Farmhouse style, private bath, kitchenette, great views. You'll have the whole apartment/suite to yourself with a private entrance. Free WiFi, snacks and drinks. *see note* We are mainly designed to host up to 3 guests luxuriously, but have an additional sleeping space to host four. King bed in large main bedroom with a sitting area, Roku/TV/DVD player. Large 2nd room with kitchenette (sink, mini fridge, micro, and Keurig), dining area and a small, twin size futon. A 3rd room (small bedroom) with a twin-sized bed. Privacy for each room. Key code entry. Access to relaxing back deck overlooking pond. Very close to I-20; 20 mins to downtown Shreveport attractions, 15 mins to State Fairgrounds and Independence Stadium. 30 mins to Marshall, TX and 45 mins to Jefferson, TX. Feels like a quiet, relaxing stay in the country, but still conveniently close to what you came to see!

We are a completely smoke-free property...not only in our guest suite, but anywhere on our property. We do not allow parties of any kind and don't accept reservations with children. There are outside security cameras on the property, viewing the parking area and the exterior of the guest suite. We are intentionally designed as a quiet retreat for adults and work hard to create a relaxing get-a-way spot that you will want to return to again and again!

When I arrived, it was very late but everything worked out perfectly because all of the instructions they left worked perfectly. So many small touches made it the perfect place for my short stay. The communication with the host was very fast, kind and professional and I would highly recommend this location!

The space was welcoming snd cozy. The directions on where to enter and park were clear. I didn’t get a chance to explore the grounds but would love to return again to do so. There were cinnamon rolls waiting for me, snacks to enjoy and coffee and tea I could prepare. Definitely would return.

The grounds were beautiful. There was a pond and wonderful live oak trees. It was surprising to have to walk through the bathroom to get to the kitchen area and there was not a stove. The property is in wonderful condition, the hosts were very kind and thoughtful.

Peaceful Retreat

This place was everything we imagined it to be. Quiet, yet beautiful to walk around the pond or sit on the back porch. The grounds were very clean and well kept. Nick and Arlana were excellent hosts, providing all the necessities and attentive to our needs; while being unobtrusive. I would definitely recommend this place!
Short trail around to back side of the pond.
They turned on the ceiling fans and sat on their back deck.
The apartment is over the carport, 2 bedrooms, and good sized dining area with microwave.
