This was our first, but not last, visit to this beautiful resort. The condo was clean, the beds were comfortable and it had all the amenities you need to cook meals -from crockpot, griddle, several pots, pans, skillets. The balcony was large with comfortable seating, but the view was the best. The rental chairs & umbrella were very reasonable & it was a close walk to the beach. The pool was nice & the indoor pool could come in handy.

We had a great time on our vacation at Beach Colony! This was our first time staying in Perdido Key and everything from communication with the owner’s, cleanliness of the condo, the reserved covered parking spot, and location was great! Loved the big balcony and the view. Elevator was always pretty quick. I do wish there had been an additional lock on the door up higher so our 3 year old couldn’t reach it but not a big deal. No complaints! Would stay again.

Everything was exactly as described in the listing. It was great in every way! We love the location of Beach Colony. The managers of this unit, seaandsky rentals, were wonderfully responsive to questions.This was so important because we'd rented thru other managers who were unresponsive.

The 2nd car parks in the open air lot.. Both cars need to display a parking pass.

Situated on 12 acres, Beach Colony resort offers the most beach frontage and landscaped grounds on the Key. Our beach is never crowded and most importantly the condo sits back from the highway so road noise is never an issue.

What makes this property unique

Beach Colony resort amenities may include: 2 outdoor pools, 1 indoor heated pool with Jacuzzi, clay tennis courts, fitness room, community room and outdoor charcoal BBQ grill areas.

Pardon the Progress: Beach Colony Resort is still undergoing repairs due to Hurricane Sally. Please be understanding if a complex feature or amenity is not available during your stay. There is also the possibility of noise due to ongoing repairs.

Condo Owners and Management Teams have no control over complex or area closure of restaurants, other businesses, amenities, beaches, bodies of water, area boat ramps, etc.
