Aqua Vacation Rentals White Sands is a beautiful newly renovated home that features 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and just 2 blocks to Downtown Union Pier. As you enter the home the open floor plan and vaulted ceilings take your breath away. The kitchen has updated finishes with stainless steel appliances and large island for breakfast or having a cocktail while watching dinner being made. The living room has a large sectional large enough to watch a movie or hang out and chat. The dining room has seating for 8 guests and plenty of windows for lots of natural light. Venture down the hallway and you will find the laundry room, main bathroom and three spacious bedrooms. The first and second bedroom have queen beds and the primary suite has a king bed with ensuite bathroom (walk in shower). As you make your way upstairs you come upon a beautiful loft area with an oversized leather chair, day bed with twin trundle and a TV area for the kids with a gaming system. Beyond the loft is the fourth bedroom with 3 twin beds and plenty of space for the kids to hang out. Enjoy the fire pit and large yard or relax on the front porch in one of the rocking chairs. The beach is located just .3 of a mile from the house and there is a wagon, beach chairs and a beach umbrella for your use located in the garage. This home is located right in the heart of Union Pier and is just a couple of blocks from Union Pier Market and a few blocks to Red Arrow Road House. Come and enjoy all this home and the area has to offer!

Great place for an extended family get away

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is the second time we have used White Sands for our family fall get away. There is plenty of room for six adults and four children. It is within walking distance of the beach and it's location makes it easy for us to visit the pumpkin patch in Three Oaks. The house is close to New Buffalo restaurants and any restaurants that are close to Red Arrow Highway. The house is very clean. We did not encounter any problems that required us to contact management. We would not hesitate to visit again. Reservation, checking and checkout processes were very easy.

Easy getaway to celebrate 40th birthday

The home was beautiful and the location was perfect. We went out in New Buffalo, wine tasting in Baroda, and explored Warren Dunes. The House had everything we needed and sleeping arrangements were perfect. The loft is great for planning a group because there are 3 twins and a pullout for extra sleeping spaces. We did not need to space since several people cancelled last minute. The house is right off of a busy street and the train horn was startling at times in the middle of the night. Also Just be prepared to spend a couple hours with the check out process. Most rentals I have been in lately do not require that many steps since there are so many added fees For cleaning/etc. Small suggestion would be adding a mirror in the back left bedroom so many people can get ready at once. Overall a very positive experience. Had a wonderful getaway for my sister’s 40th.
