There is 1 master bedroom with a large en suite bathroom & walk-in closet.
The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed, walk-in closet, & a full bathroom just down the hall.
The kitchen/dining area is open concept, & it features a gas stove & large kitchen sink. The kitchen is connected to the living room with a comfy lounging sectional sofa & flat screen TV.
The private courtyard is complete with modern plant accents & artificial turf as well as an outdoor sectional in a covered patio.
The home is across the street from a large grass field as well as a basketball court & covered playground. There are multiple playgrounds throughout the neighborhood as well. Our community pool is perfect for those hot summer days. They have a covered area, lounge chairs, as well as a kid's splash pool.
