Sterling Sands is conveniently located off Highway 98, within walking distance of several restaurants including the Pancakery for superb breakfasts, the Back Porch for great seafood, and Merlin's Pizza. Close by, have a fantastic time right across the road at the Track Family Fun Park featuring go-karts, mini-golf, blaster boats, and thrill rides, or race down the speed slides and splash in the wave pool at Big Kahuna's Water & Adventure Park. And if golf is your game, the Indian Bayou Golf & Country Club is just a little over a mile from your rental.

Beach service is not included. A beach service vendor sits on the beach, and guests that wish to rent from the vendor must go out to the hut and pay them.
A resort fee (for amenity wristbands and parking passes) of $15 plus tax per person (5 years old and up) must be paid during mandatory pre-registering online. Website provided in confirmation email.
This unit has a max occupancy, including children. These are rules set by the State of Florida and the State of Florida Fire Codes. The Fire Codes go by square footage and not the beds in a unit. If you arrive with more than the max occupancy listed, the HOA will not allow you to check-in and you will not be entitled to a refund.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
