Summary:
This coastline condo boasts amazing views, stylish decor, and gorgeous ceramic tiling throughout. The open-concept living space & dining area include stainless steel appliances, a flat-screen TV, and plenty of seating for your comfort. Enjoy Florida's emerald coast day & night right from your private balcony! 24-hour onsite staff for your convenience. Book our condo to relax and unwind in Destin in the best way possible.

The Space:
Please Note: The outdoor pool will be closed from September 3rd, 2024 through March 2025. The indoor pool and beach area will still be available for guest use. The exterior balcony will not be accessible until March 10th, 2025.

The condo comfortably sleeps four people by including one king bed and one queen pullout couch with luxury linens. It boasts newly tiled floors, large flat-screen TVs, tasteful coastal decor, and 12th-floor ocean views.

Take advantage of the fully-equipped kitchen detailed with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. We provide you with pots, pans, cooking utensils, a blender, a coffee pot, a toaster, and a microwave so you can enjoy home-cooked meals throughout your stay.

Guest Access:
Guests will receive the keys to their room at the front desk.

The Neighborhood:
Offering a private beach along Florida’s Emerald Coast, SunDestin offers spacious apartments with free WiFi and a balcony overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. It has an indoor and outdoor swimming pool with a hot tub. A kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, and stove is in SunDestin’s air-conditioned apartments. Each comes with a bright decor and a living room including a sofa bed and cable TV with a DVD player. All come with a bathroom and a guest toilet. SunDestin Beach has a spa on site. Guests can also work out in the fitness center or play in the games room. A coin-operated laundry facility is available on each floor. Silver Sands Factory Stores is 4 miles from the resort, and Destin - Fort Walton Beach Airport is 30 minutes' drive away. Free parking is available at SunDestin Beach.

Getting Around:
Parking for one vehicle is included in your stay and free of charge. You will receive one parking pass to park directly on-site at the time of check-in.
For additional parking: you must register it at the front desk.

Other Things to Note:
- Construction is currently taking place at the SunDestin. Please be aware that there will be noise as they work on renovations.
- This unit is not pet-friendly
- On-site parking for 1 vehicle is included in your stay

There is no washer/dryer in the condo. However, there is a shared coin laundry facility on every floor available for use.

Beautiful view

The condo was very clean and offered a beautiful view of the ocean. The lobby area was also very nice. Great location in Destin. My only complaint would be the air conditioner unit in the bedroom, it is loud.

My family and I really enjoyed our visit. Will be back. There was a couple of minor things that need to be repaired because of the weather. This was communicated with the manager to be fixed. This did not hinder our stay.

Beautiful beach. Responsive and helpful staff. Clean lobby. Building in process of needed restoration. No tables or umbrellas at the pool. Must rent front row chairs on beach to use your own beach chairs. Tons of traffic. Not much to do close enough to walk to in the heat. Need a car. Would recommend The Back Porch for a meal. Recommend the water park for all ages. Pack lunch though. GulfAquarium was neat. Fudpuckers was neat. Kids loved the alligators and food was generous and good.

Overall good stay

We had an overall good stay but it did lack cleanliness. The stand up fan in the room is broken, the titles on the balcony are broken and could’ve easily cut my 3yo foot. The dining table is stained. Make up stains or something on the headboard and either feces or blood on the door frame next to the toilet that easily wiped off when we cleaned it. Overall the location is great and we enjoyed the splash pad & beach. I would recommend they pay more attention to cleaning as this was the biggest downfall.

Overall nice stay

Our stay, overall, was okay. There are several issues we feel need to be addressed - The balcony had broken tiles that could potentially cut your foot. The balcony light had a short in it, providing nightly disco lights. The countertops were not very clean and had sand on them when we arrived. The kitchen utensils were warped and the pots and pans had loose handles. The door handle/key card reader was loose, making us question if the door was actually locked when we would leave.

Very dirty and run down.

The view was the only thing I could say wasn’t different from the pictures online. The ceiling was stained so bad I was worried it could be mold. The furniture is dirty and worn to the point the center of the couch dips in. The closet doors in the bedroom were just leaning against the wall off the track. The outside cushions were stained and dirty. The balcony tiles were broken and loose in spots. Very dangerous. The whole place has an odor. It was not clean when I arrived. I wouldn’t count beds being made as clean. The walls had stains and dirt. I felt like I was tricked by the pictures. The only reason we stayed is because we had no where else to go and of course when I called no one answered. We traveled over 700 miles and to arrive to a place that was dingy and dirty was just so disappointing. I have pictures and I wish I could post them.

1203 Condo Sun destin resort

The overall property and beachfront was fantastic. Condo number 1203 however need some new comfortable furniture on the balcony as well as inside the room would have made our experience much more pleasant. The shower and restrooms were adequate the bedroom and bed were satisfactory the mini blinds which cover a large window from the outside walkway could be improved. For the amount of money that I paid I expected more. However we originally had reservations on Captiva island and the hurricane ruined those plans and we had to scramble and make reservations at another destinations that is how we ended up at Destin. overall experience in Destin was a success we already have reservations for next year.

Beautiful, Clean, On the Beach

The place is nice and clean. The 12th floor has great view of the beach. Just take the elevator down to the lobby and walk past indoor & outdoor swimming pool to get to the beach. Beach umbrella and chairs not included in the room cost. $50 a day for 1 umbrella and two chairs. The fridge is nice and clean and roomy. The kitchen has everything you need to cook a good meal except you have to bring your own spices of course. We enjoyed our stay immensely.

Perfect location

Right on the beach, perfectly in between the high class area and the tourist area. Nice lobby, a restaurant in the lobby area for a decent meal. Indoor pool and outdoor pool a kids area with a hot tub jacuzzi. The room is great! Bath and a half, updated kitchen. 12th floor view is spectacular!

Great location. The views from the balcony were breathtaking.
