Wonderful stay!

We had a fabulous stay! The house was beautiful and felt clean! The beds were all very comfy and there was tons of space for our group of 11. My only feedback would be to replace the shower heads. The water only had one stream setting and the water came out in a harsh stream.

Poor management

The oven did not work when we arrived. It took 3 out of our 4 day stay to get it fixed. Not great when you were planning on cooking moat meals. Little bugs all over kitchen counter, downstairs bedroom bathroom sink leaked. I could never get anyone local physically on the phone or a call back. I was only able to talk to someone from a national number. I would not use Vacasa again to rent from. Location & size of house was great.

BBQGrill needs replacing. Need new kitchen mits. Only one and it's torn. Third floor bed tail board is coming apart. Floors were dirty. Need to be wet moped with soap. Socks turned black if you walked on the floor. Need to vacuum under the rug on first floor. Real dirty. Sinks in first floor bedroom were slow to drain. Plumber Need to clean drains.
