Nice supply glasses and plates for our group. Utensils fair at best. Very disappointed that there was no communication about the minimal amount of tp, paper towels… There was no dish rag and no dish soap. Only 2 dishwasher pods for 10 people for a week. Fake eyelashes left in one bathroom. 2 beds had sand in the sheets before they’d been used. They posted the wrong beach access, so we couldn’t get to the beach the first day. Many calls before they figured out their mistake.

This home was beautifully decorated. It is in a perfect location for walking to businesses in both Seacrest and Rosemary beaches. It is also an easy bike ride to Alys Beach.

We had a fantastic time at Rosecrest and will definitely be back. Our girls all commented on how great our Florida trip was and loved the community and easy beach access. The only thing of note is that the floors had obviously been swept, but not mopped, so our feet were always dirty. Definitely a little thing overall. So much fun!

Easy, efficient, and beautiful.

We had an absolutely perfect 4 day stay at this property. A group of us were in town for a close friends wedding and this house was perfect in every sense. The management company is amazing from start to finish and we’re always willing to help when needed. Their “concierge” service is remarkable and you can always get in touch with someone when needed. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will recommend this space to anyone. Location couldn’t have been better!

Great Spring Break property

Great location - Seacrest, Rosemary, Aly’s beach. Easy access to beach. Very roomy, cozy house. Bedrooms were large and linens were nice. Kitchen was well stocked. Small issues/recommendations- - Floors need to be mopped. Socks were black after walking on the floor. - Each room TV remote was different and no instructions provided. The remotes didn’t appear to work - Not enough wash cloths for each restroom. - Ran out of propane, but new tank was quickly provided. Thanks! - ceiling fans control instructions were not provided in upper guest bedrooms - 5 bikes were supposed to be provided; only 3 bikes were provided.
