Spacious kitchen with new appliances and fully equipped with everything you need. Home is only a short walk to Sand Run Lake. Owners have provided 2 kayaks and a canoe, paddles and life jackets complimentary to guests.

All Canaan Realty guests have complimentary access to the privately owned Mirror Lake Recreation Area. Enjoy fishing, canoeing, swimming, hiking, biking and more! Canoes, SUP boards, kayaks, pedal boat, life jackets and oars are provided at no additional charge to our guests.
This home is located about 5 miles from Mirror Lake. It is walking distance to Sand Run Lake in Old Timberline.
