Large villa facing the Ocean at the foot of the beach, a paradise for children, ideal for a weekend or a week of vacation, in summer and winter, for sunbathing, swimming, surfing, walking, reading or contemplate!

For All Saints and Christmas 2019, the 1st of the year 2020, the holidays of February, Easter or even, the bridges of May, the month of July…
… We rent our family villa where we enjoy meeting each year with cousins. An ideally located villa, in Hossegor, facing the sea, overlooking the central beach.

This villa, which can accommodate around 15 people, is ideally configured and located to allow a large family (grandparents, children and grandchildren) or couples of friends to spend holidays together:
• 8 bedrooms
• 2 dining rooms and a living room
• A terrace facing the sea with breathtaking views of the ocean
• Direct access (5m) to the central beach of Hossegor
• Garage and 2 parking spaces
• Courtyard
• 2 mins from shops and restaurant on Place des Landais
• Stunning sunsets

Fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, coffee maker, 2 large fridges, etc.) and pantry with washing machine.

Arrival: 4 p.m. - 6 p.m. (according to previous rentals)
Departure: 10:00 am (according to the following rentals)

Additional pricing information:
• 1500 € deposit
• Provide a flat rate of 150 € for cleaning costs (however requiring a minimum clean up of the villa: sweeping, tidy kitchen ...)
• Sheets and towels not included: possibility of linen package (sheets / towels)
• Tourist tax: € 1.43 maximum per person per night

Between the Landes and the Basque Country, Hossegor is a renowned seaside resort, between saltwater lake and ocean. You will find a range of sports and activities: beautiful sandy beach, excellent conditions for practicing surfing on different spots, marina, casino, horse riding, Golf (18 holes), Tennis, many possibilities to discover the region by bike, etc ...
We are renting our family villa this summer where we enjoy meeting each year with cousins. A villa ideally located in Hossegor, facing the sea.

paradis de l'océan

La description de la propriété en ligne et dans le livre d'accueil est assez précise. Une maison de famille douillette et confortable (pas une vitrine de décorateur). Nous avons été immédiatement détendus et nous nous sommes sentis chez nous. Grâce à la belle musique des vagues déferlantes, nous avons tous passé la meilleure nuit de sommeil dont nous puissions nous souvenir. Quel trésor cette maison familiale historique est. Tellement d'espace que nous aimerions revenir avec la famille élargie. Les promenades sur la plage, la bonne cuisine locale et la beauté naturelle de la région sont inégalables. Nous espérons que ce n'est que le premier de nombreux séjours à Hossegor et dans cette charmante maison. Le gestionnaire immobilier, Janette, est fabuleux aussi ! Merci Beaucoup, la famille Brown

Une semaine parfaite.

Nous avions loué cette maison pour fêter Noël en famille, elle a répondu à toutes nos attentes. Idéalement située, confortable, très bien equipee. Ce que nous avons surtout apprécié c’est également l’âme de cette maison dans laquelle on se sent vite tres bien. Cette semaine était parfaite. Merci à Janette qui nous a acceuilli et au propriétaire qui a su répondre à nos questions.

Perfecte week gehad in Hossegor

We hebben deze woning gehuurd met twee families en iedere familie had een eigen etage. Er is plek voor meer. Woning is oud maar zo staat het ook beschreven het uitzicht op zee is onbeschrijflijk mooi. Iedere ochtend wakker worden met de zee is uniek. Het ligt wel in de uitgaanswijk van Hossegor dus ‘s avonds kan er wel rumoer zijn, maar dat heeft ook zn charme want restaurants zijn dichtbij.
