Very nice apartment!

I very much enjoyed my stay for three nights. The apartment itself is very nice. Clean, updated with modern decor in a beautiful old building. Located with a key access courtyard entrance away from the street is great for both safety and quiet. Saying as well that the neighborhood itself is very safe. I agree with the other review that the upstairs bedroom on hot days gets very warm. The apartment has air conditioning but it needs a fan to bring the cool air upstairs. Lastly the location was perfect for me. 10 min north to the train station (day trip to Carcassonne was very simple), 5 min from the Victor Hugo market and shopping.district. Sites an easy walk. I would stay both at this apartment and with this management agency again!

Séjour agréable.

Nous gardons un Bon souvenir de notre séjour à l écuyer. Nous avons apprécié la proximité avec la ville tout en étant au calme et en sécurité. Logement fonctionnel bien équipé lumineux. Cependant je suggère qu une solution soit trouvée pour rafraîchir la chambre à l étage, la climatisation du bas ne suffit pas, et même en septembre il faisait chaud, d ailleurs j ai demandé un ventilateur en prévention vu les commentaires des précédents locataires ce qui m a été refusé, c est dommage parce que j estime que la demande était justifiée et que l objectif doit être le bien être du client, d ou l importance d être souple.
