A great apartment. Easy access with clear and full instructions from the host. Spacious rooms, even bigger than we expected. Clean, useful amenities supplied including toilet paper, dish soap, hand soap, shower gel, hairdryer, ironing board, kitchen roll. Crockery, cutlery and utensils all good. Appliances all in order. Location is superb - we walked to Toulouse’s main attractions within 25 mins, also so close to great restaurants and shops. Being so central, can be noisy from the streets but, close the shutters and put in earplugs, and no problem to sleep in the comfy beds. 100% recommend for families, we would return for sure.

Best choice

Perfect place to stay in centre ville. Walking distance to everything, comfortable beds, nice shower, great air conditioning, wonderful kitchen, fun view, clean!

Right in the heart of Toulouse

We enjoyed our short stay. The flat was spacious and comfortable. A little noisy from the street activity at night and in the morning. Only other issue was the shower head needs replacing but other than that our stay was pleasant.

Best memories in Toulouse

It was a wonderful stay in Toulouse. It is in a very convenient location, adjacent to Capital Square and within walking distance to everywhere you go. Also, the apartment was very beautiful, clean, and comfortable with all the functions. The living room was especially spacious and the view from the window was great. We will definitely come again.

Toulouse the Pink City

Catherine was a fabulous host, very accommodating when we arrived a bit earlier at the accommodation. There was 4 adults in the accommodation and it did not feel overcrowded, the flat is lovely, lots of space, 2 bedrooms along with a sofa bed. Also a dining table which we made great use of for dinner and lunch. Location is superb, lots of cafes across from the apartment, round the corner from the Capitol, go the other way, take fist on the left and there is a small street with some nice restaurants too. Toulouse is a great city to visit and I would definitely recommend staying here. Theresa

We enjoyed our stay in Toulouse, the pink city. The apartment is located very central: 5 minute walks to the Capitole Square, the Pont Neuf, Rue Metz and a 30 minute walk to the train station. The apartment is very large and quite comfortable. Lots of good light from the large windows overlooking the street. The kitchen is a nice asset. It has a few pots and pans to use and a few utensils to make it possible to cook meals. We used the oven and stovetop several times to cook dinners after enjoying fabulous lunches in local restaurants.The apartment is located on a very central and busy street, where there is lively evening activities. The windows are double glazed for sound and the apartment has air conditioning so closing the windows at nite made for a quiet nite sleep. The Host is very responsive and checked in with us during our stay to be sure everything was well. We will be back to Toulouse to further explore L'Occitanie Region.

Nice apartment in the city

The apartment is large and very nice, an oasis in the middle of the city. The owner communicated well but always in French, so a little difficult to translate. Didn't realize we had to check ourselves in and out and would never see her although she lived in the building. The entry to building was shabby and dirty carpet in elevator. Once we opened door to apartment, we were amazed how nice it was. Perfect for a short stay. Only issue would be the shower in a high bath tub and no bars, dangerous for seniors that we are. Beds were comfortable and towels nice and large. Quiet if windows closed as busy street below. AC only in living room.

Sachez que je ne suis pas responsable de l état des parties communes, mais juste de l appartement et c est ce qui est le principal, d ailleurs merci des compliments sur ce dernier, bien que les dimensions de la baignoire sont standards et courantes. Ensuite, sur mon annonce il est bien stipulé que vous avez aussi l arrivée autonome, vous indiquez qu habitant l immeuble, je ne suis pas venue vous voir, difficile car je n habite pas Toulouse et ne fais des arrivées que lorsque j y suis. Comme la plus part des français je parle le français et un peu anglais, mais je vous avez bien donné toutes les instructions pour votre arrivée, qu apparemment, vous avez dû mal consultées. Could be great for you, we had bad luck

The location of the property can’t be beat, and I can imagine a situation in which everything that went wrong for us could go right for someone else, so I’m going to try to share both our experience as well as property details. The apartment is very spacious and meets all needs. It’s not a bad place to stay. Unfortunately in the course of our stay, we arrived to vomit in the lobby, had to completely reset the heating unit in order for it to function, couldn’t make coffee because the machine was due for descaling and the supplies to do so weren’t there, came to learn there seems to be a common practice of giving a space to a homeless person to sleep in the building hallway (after stepping over a person sleeping in the stairs and later being accosted by a person on the street asking to let them in that night…super fun to do both of these things with young children). The morning of our checkout the trains out of Toulouse were all canceled (including ours), but we were so desperate to get out that we spent a boat load of money to take a Bolt to our next stop. All this said, I can easily picture a situation in which a person has a perfectly pleasant stay here. It just wasn’t how our experience went.

Appartement spatieux (plus que sur les photos), confortable et parfaitement placé pour visiter Toulouse. (Si le but de votre séjour est juste le repos il vaut mieux peut être choisir une rue moins animée.) Une petite suggestion serait de fournir des couettes plus chaudes pour éviter d'avoir à laisser le chauffage à fond la nuit. Quoiqu'il en soit nous sommes ravis d'avoir pu sejourner dans ce logement.

La casa è splendida, situata in pieno centro (meno di 100 metri da Place Capitole). L host è stata sempre disponibile e gentilissima.Sotto casa ci sono dei locali per fare colazione/pranzo/ cena e locali notturni.

Grand appartement au cœur de Toulouse

L’appartement était très bien situé, à proximité de tout. Nous avons bien profité de notre séjour à Toulouse. L’air climatisé et le ventilateur étaient bienvenus la nuit avec la chaleur. C’était parfait pour notre petite famille.

Guter Ausgangspunkt zur Stadterkundung

Zentrale Lage, sehr guter Check-in Prozess, schnelle Rückmeldung durch Vermieterin, geräumige Wohnung mit gut ausgestatteter Küche, gute Betten.Bad ist zwar sauber, aber schon etwas abgewohnt. Vor allem aber sollte DRINGEND auch das zweite Schlafzimmer mit einer Lärmschutzverglasung ausgestattet werden (wie Wohnzimmer und Schlafzimmer 1), denn unterhalb der Wiohnung befindet sich eine öffentliche Altglas- und Müllabfabe, die sogar am Ostermontag um 7:30 morgens geleert wird.

Week-end en famille

Appartement idéalement situé en plein cœur de Toulouse. Une des chambres est un peu moins bien isolée phoniquement de la rue mais cela ne nous a pas empêché de passer de bonnes nuits. Catherine est une hôte très disponible par message ce qui rend le séjour d'autant plus rassurant et agréable.

Spacious and functional apartment in a great location.

Location is great, couldn’t be more central. Even though the bedrooms face the street, we didn’t have material concerns with noise.. The furnishings are very simple but get the job done and the updated kitchen has everything most guests will likely need. When you enter the building, it looks a bit dark and dingy but the apartment itself was very clean, spacious and had good natural lighting. One thing to note is that the air conditioner generated a lot of cool air but it does not circulate through the bedrooms very effectively; it made sleeping a little warm in late July but was manageable. Communication with the owner was efficient and Catherine was always very responsive.

L'appartement est spacieux et confortable. La remise des clefs s'est effectuée comme prévu, et nous avons eu droit à qq heures supplémentaires avant notre départ et nous en remercions Jason, qui s'est occupé du lieu. Même si le quartier est animé, le triple vitrage nous a permis de passer les 2 nuits au calme. Je conseille cet appartement conforme à la présentation.
