You are here in the heart of the city and all the centers of interest (restaurants, shops, outings, bars, etc.) but benefit from absolute calm. Located on the 1st floor of a building classified as a historic monument with typical charm, Vintage can accommodate up to 4 travelers for a professional stay or a tourist visit to Rennes.

Its contemporary and warm decoration blends perfectly with the history of the place.

The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A living room with a sofa bed, a TV, a dining area.

A wonderful apartment in a historical building and district. Walking up the stairs or using the ancient wooden stairs was like stepping back in time 400 years. A great experience.The apartment was well equipped with all the modern conveniences and located within walking district to everything you want to see and do.

Vintage "coeur de ville au calme, super pratique, mais à rafraîchir 🙂 L'emplacement est exceptionnel, au coeur de la vieille ville dans une maison d'époque, au calme et à portée de tous les commerces nécessaires en moins de 5 minutes à pied: place des lices et marché à moins de 200m, place de la Mairie à 300, métro République à 500. Porte à porte avec l'agence, cela facilite la communication en cas de problème, et l'accueuil est aimable même dans ce cas. 🙁 La propreté : appartement non préparé à notre arrivée. Apparemment une mauvaise communication entre l'agence et ses prestataires. L'appartement est bien agencé et équipé, mais vieillissant: un rafraîchissement serait vraiment nécessaire."

Roupas de cama e de banho muito boas. Sofá da sala, confortável para dormir. Chuveiro muito bom. Cozinha muito, muito escura. Quarto iluminado por luz indireta, isto é, escuro durante o dia. Aluguei com HomeAway mas, de alguma maneira, a cobrança do aluguel NÃO foi feita pelo site oficial, e sim pela agência imobiliária Cocoon. A comunicação com o representante do proprietário foi muito lenta, e o pagamento confuso.
