This residence has entrances secured by digicode making it possible to arrive independently.

The apartment Cervantes, with an area of 50m2 is located on the second floor without elevator.
It has :
A modern and fully equipped kitchen including oven, dishwasher, induction hob, fridge with freezer and all small appliances (nespresso coffee maker, kettle, toaster ...).
A dining and living room area allowing you to have your meals comfortably with 4 people and to enjoy the large format television and its sound bar.
A bathroom with a large Italian shower, a dekton furniture and basin, a mirror with different functions, a towel rail and a hanging toilet.
Two bedrooms, one equipped with a king size bed 180x200, the other with two single beds.

The double-glazed windows and the acoustic and thermal quality of the insulation during the renovation will allow you a very comfortable stays from a few days to several months.

You have free Wi-Fi access and we provide bed linen, towels and tea towels. Your accommodation is clean and your bed prepared on arrival.

The neighborhood:

Located close to the old Saint Etienne theater, the place des Lices and Saint Anne and the convent of the Jacobins, you will have the privilege to stay close to the most important places of the city. Ideally located, a multitude of choices is possible: café terraces, restaurants, Opera, or the Theater... You won't have time to get bored!

A few minutes walk away, you will find the Lices market, a real institution in Rennes. Every Saturday morning, it welcomes local producers as well as many craftsmen of the food trade.

For nature lovers, the Parc du Thabor, the Parc des Tanneurs and the meadows of the Canal Saint-Martin offer vast green spaces for family relaxation, sports and outdoor activities.

Transport :

If you come by car, this accommodation has an open private parking space at the foot of the building, accessible via a parking beeper. Not suitable for a large vehicle.

Located 300m from the Sainte-Anne metro station and 200m from the Chezy Dinan parking lot with a pedestrian exit in front of the building. Bus lines are also accessible within a few minutes walk from the building.
